TownePlace Suites By Marriott Boynton Beach

Property was clean and well kept but I booked a suite with 2 queen beds for my family of 5. Upon arrival I got a king which cause 2 of my guest to sleep on the floor. The front desk person acted as if he didn’t understand what I was asking. Upon check out no compensation was offered.

Immediately upon walking in we were greeted by a friendly person checking us in. He was so cheerful and helpful. My kids loved the breakfast buffet in the morning and the heated pool. We loved the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the property. There are tons of restaurants and stores in the surrounding areas and a quick drive to the beach. We chose this hotel for the suite option and we were so happy we did!

I stayed here while visiting family with two teens and it was great. The suite we were in had a king bed and pullout couch plus a full equiped kitchenette. The rooms and facilities were spotless and the bed was really comfortable with great bedding. Breakfast was included was very good for a free breakfast. It's surrounded by several strip malls so close to lots of food options. It's about a 10 min drive to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay, used the pool 2 days. Very clean. Breakfast was OK. We noticed that several staff members had their children there during the day........

Beautiful place. Super clean. Very nice employees. Efficient all around! Now that we have family living in Boynton, Fl, our stays will always be in this hotel. Wonderful recommendation by hotels.com

You should teach your guest that check in with bad ass kids when people are sleeping it’s not okay to knock on the door and run multiple times waking them up. I get rooms with my fiancé to get a break not for non sense

My family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights and extended for a 3rd night. Very comfortable, safe, close to all you might need. Everything was very convenient and staff was super friendly and helpful. One little thing I appreciated was the laundry was down in the first floor near the front desk, just felt open and safe as a mom going down some late nights to do laundry. A lot of machines and very easy to use. If I am being super picky the rooms could use a deep clean where some dirtiness builds up, but the basic cleaning was fine! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

From check in to check out customer service was excellent. Rooms, lobby, and pool areas, constantly being cleaned. Every staff member we had an encounter with was respectful, friendly and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend, and will keep as one of my top 10 choices, I travel to this area 3 times per year to see my grandchildren

The bathroom toliet when you flush is really slow going down. At checkout my code wasnt applied so I only recieved half points for both nights. If you can add Code APPRWD26. I was told breakfast was 6am-10am. I have a special needs uncle and never as for special help because I helped him make a plate and i still had 10 minutes left when I finished his plate to get my breakfast and there was nothing hot left to eat except to make waffles. Which is my favorite I like meat also but would be okay until the breakfast lady told the man in front of me, he was the last one allowed to get waffles because she was closing breakfast. I said we still have 10 minutes. No one said we end breakfast 10 minutes to 10. And unplugged waffle iron. So, my uncle gave me his bagle and i went to add jam and a baby roach crawled out of the middle of it. Ill send a screenshot of the video. She wouldnt even let me get a glass of OJ. So both mornings I bought IHOP b-fast for 5 people causing us to go over our budget. I just really pick the best hotel with breakfast to enjoy time instead of running around and speanding 114.00 more than I planned. Other than the above everything was really great. The hotel was a great location for us, visiting family near by. The rooms were beautiful, very well stocked & all around extremely comfortable. The complimentary breakfasts were superior to any hotel we’ve stayed in & different each day, fresh & delicious! 👍👍
