We traveled with two kids and had such an amazing time. The room was nice and clean. The hallways smells so nice and fresh! The hotel restaurant has really nice food. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything is super close by.

This was a well kept hotel. It was convenient and not over crowded like many of the properties in the area. We never had to search for parking. Never heard a peep from any other guests. Never had more than 1 other family at the pool when we were. Would definitely recommend the suite for a family with kids.

My family and I arrived before check in and the room was not ready. However we were given a key to the pool area so the kids could swim, which was fantastic. By 3 pm the room was still not ready and was told it would be put in as a priority and I would receive a phone call when it was ready. Came back to the hotel at 430 pm, no call was received and the room was finally ready. Once we were in our room it was a spacious suite and clean. Called to get more linens for the pullout couch which was delivered quickly. Once night time hit individuals were having a party in the pool area and were not considerate that others maybe sleeping. Had to turn the TV on to drown out the noise since we couldn't run the AC fan continuously. The hotel overall was clean and I would stay there again.

We decided last minute to start our trip early and booked the hotel it was a great decision! Staff was amazing especially Bel at the front desk. Would highly recommend this location, we were close to everything and very family friendly!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming as soon as you enter the lobby. They also speak as you enter and leave each day which I liked. The rooms were clean which was very important. A few things that could use some TLC. The beds were too hard and uncomfortable. Both my husband and I were hurting from the beds. And the balcony we could not enjoy because it had dead bugs on it. Looks like it has not been cleaned off in weeks. And finally the ice machine on floor 3 did not work the entire trip and there was a big water but dead on the floor which none of the staff bothered to clean up. Yuck!!! Other than that everything else was nice. The children enjoyed the pool. The location is great. Easy access to things to do and the beaches. Hotel is not on the beach. Very close to the premium outlets. I would recommend this hotel to others.

From the moment Anna checked us in we were treated like family coming home. Pure pleasure the entire stay. Impeccable staffing. Would stay again and again.
