This is our "go to" hotel when visiting family in the area. Convenient, Walkable, Shopping and Dining Near the hotel. Beds and pillows are super comfy!

Cleanest hotel I’ve probably ever stayed in and I spend minimum $350 a night 4 star hotels in the beach that are absolutely filthy compared to this hotel!! 15 minutes from nice beaches also has a very nice clean pool and pool area with kiddie pool!!

Despite the renovations to the Hotel, the rooms are still very dated and the hallways reeks of must and mold!! There was no telephone or Wi-Fi service as advertised. It felt like I was staying in a jail cell! When asked about it, the front desk staff said they called It in for repairs but 24 hours later nothing happened. The staff was super aloof about it and showed zero empathy or offered any alternatives, even after I explained to them that a hurricane was traveling and I needed internet access to contact my family back home. After requesting to speak with a Manager, the FD told me that no one would be available until after the weekend. The entire experience was a nightmare!

I’ve stayed here often to visit family. It has always been convenient, comfortable and reasonable. The restaurant is closed for renovations but there are plenty of food options across the street. It’s also an easy drive to Bal Harbor and North Miami Beach.
