Great for families! Beach front, beautiful sunset, clean!

The first night, we arrived to most of the outlets in the room not working. Upon reporting this to the office, I was told the breaker box was on the back porch. Sure enough, there was a 15 amp breaker that powered most outlets, the lights, and an air conditioner. No wonder it had tripped! We noticed the morning after our first night that we were missing a second pillow and blanket for the kids’ pull-out sofa bed. At 9:30 am, the office was closed, so I left messages at 3 different posted numbers. When we got back with kids in tow at 8:30 pm, nothing had been done. After calling several “emergency” numbers, we finally got an answer, then 30 minutes later a text saying that housekeeping was across town. We finally made due by giving the kids our blanket and using a throw pillow, since the kids needed to sleep. Ugh! No explanation for why the issue wasn’t remedied during normal hours. Overall, the place is pretty run down. Cabinets don’t shut. Blankets and sheets were ripped. Floors are soft underfoot. Sofa stained. Couldn't get more than 2 bars of Wifi in our room. We won’t be back.
