Waterside Suites & Marina

The young lady at check in was very pleasant and friendly. There was also covered parking which was nice as this is a second story hotel with parking underneath the building. The only problem is the rooms face a small canal where there are boats docked right beneath you and can look up at you on your deck and a bar directly across the small canal. The bar music went into the night and was extremely loud. I had to turn my TV volume up, so I did not hear the music through the walls. as far as the property goes, it was fairly clean but old dirty carpeting, old furniture, new countertops, and vanity in the bathrooms, but the shower was very old Tile. You can see that there were attempts made to update the property with new paint etc. The kitchen, however, did not have an oven. it did in fact, have a stove top with the most basic kitchenware you can imagine. The porch area was fairly small and the screen door was falling off. The pool area was extremely small with a fenced view of the small waterway which faced the noisy bar. During the day, the pool area was not bad, but if any children are there, you might as well forget any kind of peace and quiet. it was extremely close quarters at the pool maybe 12 lounge chairs all next to one another facing the office building. There is no beach near by and you do have to take a boat to do any kind of snorkeling no beach nearby. There are two close snorkeling and dive centers within walking distance, which was nice.

Everytime we come to largo we stay here and our whole family absolutely loves it. It’s so close to everything and it’s always so clean 😊

Second time we have stayed here and enjoyed it each time. We even recommend this location to friends and family traveling. Each room is like staying in a small condo. We will definitely be back again.

We had a nice 1- night stay here. The updates are clean and tidy, even if some things already showing wear. I have a feeling someone's pet had their way with our sofa, which isn't management's fault. The kitchen could have been cleaner, but ironically the floors were slippery from too much cleaning product. On the other hand, the AC was ice cold and beds were comfy. We loved the view, the location, and had plenty of room for our family! Would stay here again for sure!

Overall great stay - balcony with water view. The tv in master bedroom was very old and the sofa sleeper was extremely uncomfortable - not a good experience for the kids that were sleeping on it. They were in pain the next day and they are kids 😬. If this was corrected I would give better review because everything else was pretty good! Nice staff.

The room was wonderful i loved the upstairs private area with the kids down stairs and very clean and loved our view of all the boats going down and charter boats right there ready to go no driving :)

Love the updated rooms, staff were freindly and i had no issues. Perfect for small families staying more than one night.

Loved our stay here. Very relaxing sitting on the balcony watching the boats go by. It was a perfect place for our family of four. Had a little kitchen which was great so we didn't have to eat out everyday. Pool was great also. Would definitely recommend.
