Reefhouse Resort & Marina

We spent three nights at the Reefhouse Resort. We had a quick check-in, and they even let us check in early! The room was very clean, and housekeeping was terrific each day. There are a lot of activities for the whole family - ping pong, shuffleboard, corn hole, water sports, etc. Lots of places to sit or swing around the property. The Reefhouse is not a newly built property, but it is well-maintained and staffed. The rooms have been remodeled and are in great condition. The balcony provides beautiful views and an absolutely breathtaking sunset. There are a lot of food options on property. We would definitely stay there again in Key Largo.

I really enjoyed my stay there. We are a family of five and there was some thing for everyone to do.

The property has so much potential, is Beautiful, has small beach, (it can be cleaned) but is a plus. It has it's cons though, the menu at the restaurant is very limited, not entertainment available(speciallyat night time, no music, it needs some fun)The place could be more alive, but that's my personal perspective, overall we Recommend it, sunsets views are Amazing, awesome place to enjoy with the family.

This property was beautiful. The view is fantastic and lots to do onsite. It is also kid friendly. The dining is good but poolside service the week we stayed was excellent.

This is not a Four star resort. It is a motel. Pool area was overcrowded. Paint peeling everywhere. Mold in our tub. Generally just crowded and noisy. Good for families with kids--lots of games, volleyball, etc. Not good for couples or families seeking relaxation.

Place is very beautiful, but the staff is not up to par. Someone in the staff tried to poison my fiancé while we were at the pool with our 4 children and hid a Bleach pellet in her cup. Se drank it and noticed it tasted odd. We immediately went to the front desk where they some employees were very nice and showed concern, but once upper management was notified, they were extremely rude and did absolutely nothing to make us feel in any way safe in that facility. Unfortunate but we will never stay there again.

We love the Reefhouse! We’ve stayed here loads of times! The location is great, and we love the west side sunset! The dining options are great, and the staff are always the friendliest! We came down on a last minute trip, and got a great deal! It’s been so expensive lately, so we feel lucky to get a better price. We love the pool and beach areas. We come as a family, and it’s good for kids. Highly recommend!

The A/C was off! A lot of heat in the room and to top it off too much smell of Clorox! Terrible! My children are allergic and as soon as they entered the room they began to sneeze, I told the reception to see if they could clean again just to ventilate the room a little and they told me that they could not do anything! Terrible

The pool and beach area were great. The bar always had a line though and it was pricey! The beach sand was compacting sand so not soft. My kids chose to stay at the pool over the beach. The room was run down. The bed was complete mush and I’m pretty sure even though we had a 2 queen bed room our beds were actually double beds (my husband and I hardly fit together on the bed and we have a queen bed at home and fit just fine.) While it was nice that housekeeping came everyday, our room was never fully restocked (like water, correct amount of towels, bed fully made.) For the price we paid, we were expecting better. Our view was the neighbors backyard even though we purchased a partial ocean view (we had no view of ocean at all.) We called to have our room switched but were not successful. Overall, we would choose to stay elsewhere next time for the price.
