Excellent experience with the family, everything about the hotel was superb, more than pleased. 100% guaranteed, shootout to their staff, always friendly, professional and happy to help.

The only thing I don’t like it was the breakfast, because looks poor, and when I went to eat around 8:30 am most of the containers doesn’t have food, and when I asked to the staff to refill the containers, they said they don’t have any more. How is possible they don’t have waffles or pancakes for the kids.

Checked into this property with my family only to see that it was not cleaned. We are were told no rooms were available early. There were stains on almost everything and ketchup packets and wrappers left by the previous guests. I spoke to the manager Afreen. She said she would see what she could do and get back to me. She never did. Breakfast was very limited and not good. Though it was convenient to the places around I wouldn’t waste my money here again.

I enjoyed the property but I couldn’t sleep for some reason. I was itching. Turns out my room had bed bugs. Had to switch rooms at 2am and carry 4 kids at that time. My son now has a bump on his back which I’m assuming is from the bed bugs. They took off a night for inconvenience to hush me up

Everything we needed was in walking distance- attractions (arcade, mini golf, outdoor rides), beach and park were about 4 minutes away, several restaurant choices. I think we used our car one time and that was just because it was windy when we arrived. Hotel is nice- loved the hot tub and kids splash pad area. Overall well maintained and the staff is friendly and accommodating

I don’t give many reviews but it needs an honest review. This place is very clean seems almost new. Also has a few issues with it as well. The pros are newer hotel. Nice big rooms beds are ok. Has a nice splash pad for the kids our kids loved going out there and playing in it. You’re close to everything at the location. Breakfast was good. The cons the pool isn’t heated and was ice cold. The tv was out most of the week like others has posted. Talked to the front desk about they didn’t seem to care much and didn’t seem to want to help. Front desk people aren’t very welcoming. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Great atmosphere. Awesome and knowledgeable staff. Daily breakfast was typical but satisfying. Cable (TV) was out the entire trip which made relaxing at the end of the night difficult. Centrally located to good entertainment and restaurants. Heated pool and splash pad for the kiddos were awesome! Minutes from beach access .

I had a great time at the stay at the Hilton my kids. Enjoyed their stay there as well. They loved the hot tub. Everybody was so nice. The environment was very quiet. And very clean
