Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Crestview, FL

All was good until my kids went to the pool. The hotel or whoever decided to clean the pool at 10am when we and other guests was there. I think that should be done after hours not at 10am.

First of all booked ahead of time got there they still didn't have rooms ready they charged my credit card 3 times went up to the room it smelled like humidy half of the room was wet had to move my family from one room to the other second room was dirty had trashed in room went down stairs spoked with the front desk he said it was out of he’s power to do anything witch is dumb because if your the only one there you should be capable to handle those type of situations overall just bad service and bad experience definitely not staying here again

We have been staying at this hotel for years. We witnessed an employee who seemed to be the supervisor of the hotel. She does not deserve the position if so. We witnessed “Karen” several incidents being a BULLY to her co workers. She disrespect them and is flat MEAN! She does not deserve to be in charge. It sickened me. My granddaughter is 6 and said that lady is a Mean Person and shame on her because God does not like that. She needs a class on how to manage and Bulliness. Or she needs to be Demoted. I come to Crestview often to visit my Granddaughter and I will not return to this hotel ever again unless owner does something about Karen. I will pay more somewhere else to keep from witnessing her unprofessionalism. 4 nights and 5 days witnessing was enough for my family. The Staff is Scared To Stand Up Clearly. Probably Afraid To Loose Job. Hopefully Owner of Country Inn and Suites Stands Up For Their Employees. I Hope To Hear Something For My Review.

Checkin was smooth. Enjoyed our room, a suite. Would've liked a second sink in the coffee/microwave/fridge area. Wish the breakfast attendant was a little kinder to families, especially when they have very small children.

We e stayed at this hotel 3 times and each time the staff and rooms were nice. Very friendly and patient with the grandkids! We will be back.

My two grandchildren and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We left a rather expensive item behind, and the staff called me to let me know before I left town to let me know it would be at the front desk. Such honesty is rare these days.

Very convenient to my family for a wedding. It is still not far from the beach. Even though it is close to the highway & interstate, it is very quiet. The staff was extremely helpful & called to see if everything was okay & if I needed anything. I will use it again in my travels.

My family and I stopped here on our way to Orlando and were very comfortable. The room was clean and had a mini-fridge and microwave and nice clean beds. The breakfast was your typical continental type but was sufficient.
