Our family stay was great! Staff were nice. Spacious, clean and modern room. Pool area was organized and clean We enjoyed breakfast, plenty of variety. Our family will definitely return!

This property is by far the worst spring hill I’ve experienced. We got in really late around 2am and was expecting a comfortable and clean room but it was the opposite. Room is extremely outdated. Mattresses was worn out. Bad odor. Ceiling has water stains. To make matter worst, i have a child with me. The room was non-refundable therefore we did not have a choice but to put up with it. I paid over $300 for a rundown shack at best. Extremely disappointed with expedia and the property.

When booking the hotel online I requested an infant crib. I was not contacted to be made aware that there were none available. When arriving after midnight due to a late flight and was told there was none available the person at the desk gave no sympathy or apology. If it is advertised that infant cribs are available there should be enough to accommodate.
