Good as usual, my preferred hotel right now. We had to leave a couple hrs before checkout due to Hurricane Milton but guess they had to get the rooms in order & employees need to leave to be safe. I had my own crisis going on where I had to leave my room all day instead of relax but it was nice to come back to a nice comfy bed with comfy pillows for the time I had to sleep. I did not care for this baby crying but it wasnt too bad.

It took us over an hour to even be checked in because they did not have a room. And the guy had to call the manager and she told me there was nothing they could do and I couldn’t cancel with them because it was through Expedia. So then I had to call Expedia. In that process they found a room that had just done maintenance work done in it and it fit what we needed. So in the end it all worked out. But over an hour with a grumpy husband and 3 kids. It was NOT. A great experience.

The staff was awesome, very friendly and efficient. Some items didn’t work well, key card reader was touchy, AC was very cold, shower had hard water stains. Other guests were nice and quiet, even the little kids! I would stay again. Good value.

The property was very well managed and in great condition when we stayed. Employees were nice and very helpful. The pictures were a little misleading, but still a nice place to stay with family. Seemed like a few families or people were there long-term.

This is a good hotel with comfortable beds, and it's near many family activities in Clearwater. I especially liked the swimming pool; the water was just the right temperature. The only thing that could be improved was the cleanliness of the hallways. Also, there was old, stale pizza in my refrigerator. Other than, it was a great stay, and the front desk people were helpful.

I’m typically a person who filters my hotel search down to hotels that are 8.0 and higher while keeping the price low, and this hotel definitely did not disappoint. I’d like to think I have high standards and I was very satisfied. No I’m not paid to say this, I feel I would genuinely recommend this to a friend or family member. Staff was polite and respectful, very helpful. I accidentally put my hotel key card in my Apple wallet and the magnet erased the room unlock so I had to get a new card and they were very helpful.

The stay was very good, rooms maintained well with good towels, linens, utensils etc. The staff was very courteous and helping. It was a clean neat place for family as well. Stayed for 3 days.
