The Atlantic Hotel & Spa

I liked this hotel. It was pretty and the location was beautiful. We had a nice balcony and the view, while not a straight ocean view, still offered a good view of the ocean. The staff were helpful, especially the valet and baggage guys, they were super nice. We stayed here two nights, but not consecutively, once before our cruise and one night after. They had us in the same room both times which was funny. We had 6 of us, 2 adults, 4 kids. The room was big and the tv’s were huge. There was no cable or any way to tv other than signing into your subscription. We had to use the pull out couch for my two boys to sleep on, this was our first time ever having to use one of those in a hotel ( usually I try and get hotels that have more beds or airbnb’s but it since it was just a couple nights, not even together it wasn’t a big deal.) the pull out couch had a lot of stains on the mattress and wasn’t the cleanest, which grossed me out. Especially since they didn’t put it together for us, we had to put sheets on and stuff and make it up ourselves. The queen beds we slept on were pretty firm, which is usually fine for me but this was pretty hard. The biggest problem was the bed was soo squeaky, every time me or my husband turned over at night it was so loud and woke the other one up. We won’t be staying here again just because of the beds. My husband didn’t sleep at all because it was so bad.

Medium size hotel with updated rooms . Pool is small but very cozy hotel . Could use a few more updates . Otherwise no complaints. Traveled with wife and 2 children .

Property oversold room category and tried to “upgrade” us into a smaller room that didn’t fit our party size…took over an hour to get them to correct a problem in their end…I booked the size room for the size group I had…even listed the correct number adults/children in my reservation…tried to put me in rooms that were meant for 4 people when I clearly listed 6 people on the reservation…they tried upgrading my view but downsizing the number of beds for guests…would not stay at this property again nor would I recommend to friends or family

We had a lovely stay. Originally we were only going to stay one night but ended up staying the weekend. I stayed with two children and found the staff to all be very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and updated. Nice pool and perfect location. The reason to stay here is most definitely the wonderful staff. They handled may different types of groups and demographics with ease. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. The room was huge and clean. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in front of the beach and next to so manny restaurants with a walking distance. The pool area was lovely, so peaceful and quiet even thought kids are allowed. The hotel smelled so good at all times and everyone in the staff was so nice. We also got to enjoy the restaurant in the hotel which had amazing food, totally recommend it. We will return here for sure.

We had a wonderful stay and we were very impressed with our spacious balcony room. Nikita went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Great for families with easy access to the beach. Don’t hesitate booking this one.

I was very disappointed when we checked in for our Oceanfront one-bedroom suite and they said we were bumped to a one-bedroom on the side of the hotel due to overbooking. The window in the bedroom was so small, with no view. The living space was also very small, with not much room for our family of four. They did comp the resort fee of $50 but we would have much rather had the room I booked online and paid over $600 for one night. The hotel is very pretty, Not much going on as far as coffee shop or activities, just FYI. Also, the pool is nice, but very small. The bar is nice with great service. I understand that things happen, but this was very disappointing only having one night, and not enjoying the view we expected.

We stayed here May 2023 and had such a great experience that we came back January 2024! Robert, the concierge was amazing. So nice, friendly, helpful - everything good. Every single valet worker was kind, helpful and very welcoming! The front desk staff was also very nice and helpful. We booked a king suite so we could have a separate room for when our toddler sleeps. To our surprise we had a full kitchen and two full bathrooms which was so helpful with a toddler. Few things I would change: The ability to book a room with a w/d would be helpful. We had one last time we stayed but not this time. It was so helpful last time especially considering there is no on site laundry (only laundry service). The rooms are dated but to be honest, if they were updated, the hotel would probably cost A LOT more to stay there so maybe leave the early 2000s decor. I would like the Ability to check in early, even at a fee. We flew in with a baby and it was just inconvenient to try to entertain him all day until our room was ready. I will say, the room was ready right at 4pm though so it’s not like we had to wait longer than check in. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel to anyone. I will stay at the Atlantic over and over again.

We get there and they tell is instead of the suite with an ocean view we reserved, we're getting 2 adjoining single rooms with a King size bed. That would have been great, except, we're a party of 5 and need at least 3 beds for our family. When we asked if we could have a rollaway bed added to one of the rooms, they said that wouldnt work for security reasons. While that may be true, I never heard that one before. After 90 minutes (and a very helpful attendant), we were given a suite across the hall with a city view, which was extremely nice. In fact, both rooms were big, roomy, wonderful. The valet service was awesome. The beach was awesome. I wish we had not had to wait so long to get settled.

We stayed here for a family vacation for three days. The location is absolutely perfect!! You can’t beat it. Beachfront property and walking distance to several restaurants. We stayed in a family suite that was very spacious, comfortable, clean and it had a amazing beach facing balcony! Our check in was smooth and staff, especially valet were very nice. We would definitely stay here again.
