Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The air was fresh in the hallway and lobby. The gym, pool and lounge area was excellent. I wanted to give this hotel 5 stars but what changed my rating was our room smelled horribly of mold. As a family with severe sensitivities to this we were very disappointed with this issue. Other than this, the property was great and we highly reccomend as long as the mold issue is resolved. We were on 4th floor.

Honestly I am dreading writing this review, but i was not absolutely pleased with my stay. The hotel is pleasant, but the bathrooms are not up to par. One of my family members also had a room and they felt the same regarding their bathroom. Truthfully the bathroom creeped me out. There was crud in all of the corners, including the bath tube; the shower curtain line had black stains on them; and there was dust on the base boards.

Clean and modern hotel in a great location! Was visiting family in DelRay and found this gem only 15 minutes away. Will return!

We were in the car on the way from the airport to the hotel, when we got a phone-call informing us that there was a “computer glitch” and our room is not available. The calling hotel representative apologized and told us that the hotel re-booked us a comparable hotel. We got to the lobby of the hotel in Boca Center and the front desk person acted less than pleasant making us feel that we are an inconvenience to him, and that we should be thankful. The hotel agreed to pay for the cab and called us the cab that barely fit our luggage and was not a clean car. The hotel that we got rebooked for was a $149 per night Hilton Embassy suites, verses $321 of what we paid for the room at Marriott Boca Raton Center so it was not a comparable. We have not received money back from Expedia either. By the time we got to the Hilton Embassy suites their restaurant was closed and there was nothing in walking distance so we had order pizza into the room instead of going out. I do not understand how the confirmed booking through Expedia could have “glitched”. If we have to be thankful for not being left out on the street, we are thankful. Not a fun experience for the first day of the family vacation, first one in year in a half, since Fall of 2019.

The staff was extremely polite and they made us feel like we were family. The Ambiance was so inviting I didn’t want to leave.
