We really enjoyed our first stay at Breakers! Good access to the beach (2 beach blocks), one block from the main strip, good breakfast, and a clean suite. The pool is small, but fine for our toddler.

Staff was very kind. Room was clean and quiet. Golf chart transportation to the Beach. The walk was not far to the Beach. Enjoyed my stay with my family. Breakfast was fresh every morning. Enjoyed the coffee station in the lobby.

Pros- breakfast was delicious. Lots of variety and many choices for both kids and adults. Also, location was so convenient to the beach. Staff was friendly and kind. Cons- rooms were old looking and run down. Beds you could feel the springs mattresses need a major upgrade! The pool was filthy, chunks of hair floating in the water and the filter wasn't on. Parking was a nightmare if you couldn't get in the top lot. Even worse of you have a larger car, truck, or SUV.

We stayed in the king suite with balcony. The windowless bedroom suite with closing doors was a life saver when traveling with a toddler. The location was great and close to everything. The run was slow to drain, which we mentioned early in our stay but was never addressed (it’s a safety hazard, especially with a curious toddler). Otherwise, everything else was great. Friendly staff, rooms kept clean throughout the stay. We would stay here again in the king suite.

This is the second time we stayed here. It was a last minute decision for an overnight stay. It is very close to the Main Street where all the shops and restaurants are. It is also fairly close to walk to the boardwalk. The only downside was there was a bunch of little kids running around and dogs barking early in the morning which wasn’t ideal for sleeping in but I would stay here again.

Our family always loves staying at Breakers. We book a few times a year. We were extremely disappointed that they no longer have hot breakfast in the morning. We planned on having breakfast there the first day and were extremely disappointed to see there was nothing really to have for breakfast except baked goods. We felt like the price point was good due to the free breakfast. We might reconsider next time when we book.

Used to love this hotel. We've stayed here multiple times. This time -- found out upon arrival they did away with the hot breakfast, had to switch rooms due to howling and barking dogs going all night in the room below us, and then was threatened the next night by two men smoking outside of my kids room. Took the family and ran from that place. It was worth losing two nights stay just to be safe. Avoid.
