Pool was closed during our stay and there was a loud group of kids just running all through the building. Bathrooms in lobby area needed supplies in them.

The staff was very kind and went out of their way to make it pleasant. Can’t say the same for the children of the other guests. They set off the fire alarm and some guests were not too happy having to evacuate until the fire department gave us the ok to return to our rooms. I would stay there again!

Absolutely terrible. Very dirty and run down. We had three rooms for my family that were previously paid for (so no opportunity for money back). Between the three rooms, one had a dirty cleaning rag sitting in the bathroom, one had lipstick stains on the sheets and bedding and one had a toilet that didn’t work and a shower and sink that obviously hadn’t been cleaned.

Worst service. I arrived on Friday night the guy who was there, did not even say good evening, horrible attitude, I asked for a crib for my baby and they told my husband to go downstairs and get it himself. then on Saturday morning my husband ask the lady who was at the front desk, at what time they open the mini shop they have she answered with a bad attitude “they already close” it was 9am and they closed the area where they sell coffee and yorgourt. All the staff even On Sunday when we were leaving another lady at the front desk with a horrible attitude. Worstttt service in my whole life.

The stay was nice and so was the rooms . In my kids room there was a yellow stain on the blankets , even tho I couldn’t get a hold of the front desk I had to walk down to get a new blanket. There were kids playing on my kids door and running all night !! It was the worst my kids was really scared ! Even when we reported it kids was still knocking on their door and running . Other then that the hotel was nice .

The manager went above and beyond to accommodate my children and myself into a room that was most convenient for us. Very friendly and wonderful customer service. 10/10 recommend

From June 16th thru 20th of 2023 was my first time staying at this hotel. My room was very clean, the property overall was very clean and well kept. The service staff was very friendly, professional and happy to help! The one area that needs approving is the front desk. Even though the front desk attendee did her job, she was not friendly. She didn't say the standard "Have a nice day and enjoy your stay" upon check in it was just "You're all set" the same upon check out. Overall I will definitely stay at this hotel and recommend it to friends and family!

The front desk staff, cleaning staff, and the woman who worked the coffee barista and night time bar were extremely friendly, hard working and helpful during our stay. The TV took forever to come on, the hot tub at the pool was boarded up, and all of the carpets in the hallways and rooms could use deep carpet cleaning. The pool area is extremely slippery especially for young kids.
