Front desk staff were courteous and efficient. The size of the room.and furniture were highly suitable forneither family or business needs. Bedding was comfortable. Several.dining options close by.

Perfect family friendly hotel! Breakfast was wonderful!

Clean. Free breakfast. Pool is great for family stay. Called in for a tissue box and it was never brought up .. thought that was quite average of the staff but wouldn't deter me from booking again.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived and settled in. Then we found 4 bathing suits in the closet on hangers. Must have been left by the last family but very gross to find and raised our concern about cleanliness. I also found a dead small bug in a towel and I live bug crawling in room. Disappointing.

Omggg this hotel was amazing. Sooo kid friendly. Rooms so spacious. Will most definitely recommend for families

The hotel was nice and clean. Bed was not that comfortable but it was okay. Pool was nice but it was cold in the pool room kids ended up freezing. Breakfast was good. Overall good stay

Breakfast was standard, our room was dirty but the staff immediately changed our room . Pool was cloudy and dirty looking , the gym was great . I expected better conditions considering this is part of the Hilton family of hotels . The gem of the place was their staff. Super helpful pleasant and friendly.

Stayed here 5 years ago and had a good experience so decided to give it another shot. OMG this place has gone downhill. Positives: staff is friendly and hotel is relatively clean given below negatives. Location is ok with some restaurants and freeway access nearby. Parking was good. Negatives: hair deep in the bed sheets of my new room so clearly sheets were not changed. No housekeeping to change it because they clean every other day ‘for my convenience’. Only they didn’t clean for 3 days. Clientele is really rough - pajamas at breakfast, unruly kids running everywhere, teenagers running in the halls late at night. And a big party a few doors down making noise until literally 5 am. Called the front desk and they did nothing. Finally called it what it was and left a night early just to try and get some sleep. Do yourself a favor and find something else or go across the street to the nicer Hilton.

Friendly staff but “renovated” room was in poor condition. There was a flood in the bathroom prior to our stay which made the bathroom door crack and swell up on the bottom. We could not close it. Stayed there with my family (two adults and three children) and had to use the bathroom with the door open. Not convenient to put it mildly. In the morning I showed the photos and videos of the door to the front desk associate. She said she was not aware. Hard to believe that a flood that totally destroyed the bathroom door went absolutely unnoticed.

My family felt uncomfortable and con not use the Swimming pool.
