We loved everything about our stay …other than having the room that backs up to the kitchen. The staff was so friendly and responsive when we asked about the noises. Check-in was a breeze and the room very clean. Would stay again and just request a room further towards the back, especially if you have kids who go to bed earlier!

We didn’t get too stay long. We were delayed getting there and we were just staying one night. The staff left our key for us because we got there so late. That process was fine. Place was adorable and the kids loved the bunkbeds. Clean. Large bed mattress was not as comfortable as the bunkbeds.

Fun hotel with a great restaurant, bar, and outdoor area. Room was perfect for families. Very nicely workout area and hot tubs. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely go again.

Great rooms for a family, great location and great vibe as well. Taking a drink from the bar back to the room was a nice touch, traveling with kids :). Call out to Will who was supper helpful and friendly.

Super convenient located in the center of town. Accommodations were practical and easy to access. The vibe was great. The common area was being utilized by families playing games and couples having a drink at the bar talking to the knowledgeable staff. My only complaint was that the hot tub closed at 10p.

This place is really adorable! The rooms are clean and cute and it’s walkable to so many things in winter park! There is also a little playground up the road a bit that is perfect for small children. Great price point and super friendly staff!

Overall the hotel is pretty good. However, one hot tub didn’t work and one staff member in particular really needed a vacation himself. He wasn’t kind when reporting the non functional tub and over reacted to kids being kids.
