Origin Westminster a Wyndham Hotel

This is a great hotel for single people and families. We were staying for dance competition which was located at another nearby hotel, this option was much more affordable and peaceful!

The family suite was spacious and perfect for our crew!

The hotel is excellent and just what I needed away from family on December 24 and 25 to keep me from experiencing a heart attack LOL.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and clean. Was convenient to family in Westminister. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant. Only item we disliked was the large trough sink in the bathroom but a tiny faucet with that unable to rinse the sink so gunk accumulated. Major YUCK! It seems that whoever designed the sink or the staff engineers didn't try it out to see the obvious problem.

The hotel was very nice. The only downside, and it was an issue two out of the four days we stayed, was that the gym was located directly under our room (320). We were woken up at 7am after arriving only a few hours earlier. This was an inconvenience but people have a right to work out so we mentioned it to the front desk and moved on. The second day, someone was in the gym at 5am. We called the front desk worker and she immediately dealt with the guest after she confirmed that the gym did not open until 6am. We know she dealt with it because we could hear her talking to the person in the gym through our floor. That is the real issue, if you are going to put a gym directly beneath a room, put some soundproofing in because there isn't any and it is extremely loud in that room and probably others. The first day we complained, the desk worker said we could be moved but unfortunately we had the only family suite in the hotel. I'm not sure if that's accurate or not but atleast she sounded like she would move us if possible. So, would I stay there again? Maybe, but I would definitely NOT stay in that room or anywhere near that gym. Something really needs to be done to address that if you can hear people speaking through the floor. The people using the gym were just working out normally and it sounded like a powerlifting competition was going on with the audible conversations, grunts and dropped dumbells. Oh and please put hangers in the closets, we had none.

Check in went smoothly. The staff was super polite and helpful. The room with the Mountain view made everyday we woke up feel like paradise. There was all the convenience of home the steamer for my attire was easy to use. The bathroom and room interior design was superb. I would definitely stay again and tell others. I actually facetime some family so they could see how nice our accommodations were.

The property is very modern and in a great location in westminister. Property is perfect for leisure purposes or business trips. Don’t recommend for families with children.

Just be careful parents who rent the family room, there is a very sharp metal edge of king bed, I took a section out of my shin on it, not properly lit. Room is great besides that. The cave of bunk beds and TV was a hit with son.

This a beautiful hotel. The junior suite was nice and roomy. The refrigerator and coffee maker were a retro turquoise that fit the asthetic perfectly. The best part, however, was the service. Everyone was incredibly nice and attentive. The restaurant is amazing as well.
