Hampton Inn Denver-Northwest/Westminster

I loved staying here! There was a variety of breakfast options some of which changed daily. Coffee/hot chocolate available 24/7. Nice sized fridge and microwave in room. Staff was so friendly and helpful. They checked on us more than once by text. Our room had an amazing mountain view! Small issues are the toilets flush very loud and I wish there was a soap dish at the sink. The bar of soap got stuck to the counter. We stayed a week and recommended it to our family for future guests.

We had a great time. My kids enjoyed the pool and they had a lot of options for breakfast. The banana pancakes were so good! The rooms were spacious and clean too.

This family friendly hotel has a great staff with amazing customer services, good breakfast selection, large dining room, pool, hot tub, mini gym, pets welcome, also much more. Easy access to Hwy 36.

Front desk staff was outstanding at check in! Pet fee was reasonable. Then, the last night and morning were horrible. Two busses full of choir kids stayed our last night and I could smell the exhaust in our room from their busses that they ran ALL NIGHT. I had called the front desk before went to sleep and she said they just got there and she would contact them. The problem was that they were located against a stone wall on the back of the property and the fumes circulated in that area. Our room wasn't even really close to them! Disrespectful and wasteful. They should have moved the buses away from the wall if they needed to run them all night. We turned off the heater all night because it made the smell worse (and it was very cold outside). I told the front desk again in the morning and they did not offer any compensation. The breakfast ran out very quickly in the morning. They offered to move us to another room, after it was too late. I had really high hopes for this hotel and they were crushed because they care more about the big groups. Hopefully no one was seriously affected by the fumes. Next time I will call the fire department.

The beds were super comfy! Slept like a baby! The breakfast had lots of options. Felt safe staying there. Would stay again.

I got down at 9:00 am to have breakfast last Saturday morning and they ran out of waffle mix and we asked the person in charge of the breakfast and she said that there was no more, so I could not have a waffle and no fruit either, basket empty. Next morning, I got down at 8:30 and again no more waffle mix and same story, and no fruit. Me and my family always choose Hampton Inn hotels for the great hotels that they are in general but this location is very outdated and staff serving breakfast not friendly and they can careless for customers. Very clean hotel though.

Didn't have any cable channels for kids. Pool could use some repairs and hot tub wasn't working.

Was traveling from out of state driving and received a call the morning of checkin stating there’s no room available and that it was over booked and offered me the hotel down the street which I asked if they have a microwave I wouldn’t mind because I have kids and booked Hampton for that reason but they didn’t so they called back and said they found a room. Checked in and had Issue with bathroom and sink wasn’t draining. Called front desk about it and asked if they can ask the hotel they offered earlier. They called and sent me there. Mimd it was almost 10pm. I checked in the other hotel but didn’t go into the room until late that night. They provided me with a microwave (appreciate it) but noticed bath and sink wasn’t draining well too. I just dealt with it as I’m not going to put my family through moving things to another hotel or not even getting one. Stayed with Hilton a lot and this was the worst experience.
