Homewood Suites by Hilton Greeley

I booked my room one month in advance and paid in full. I requested a 2 Queen Bed Accessible with a tub. I have a child with special needs in a wheelchair. On my way there, I was told my room was given away and that I would need to take a King Bed 1 bedroom suite with a sofa bed. The big event on the area caused them to give my accessible room away. Having 2 children with me, one being special needs in a wheelchair, this was unacceptable. On top of that, I was charged “upgrade” fees. I will be calling management and I will never stay at a Homewood Suites again.

Outstanding Hotel - we always stay here while visiting family in Greeley. Great staff, clean rooms, kids always enjoy the pool and hot tub. Keep up the great work and see you next trip!!!!

Nice room size for our family of 6. Liked the large refrigerator full kitchen area. Good complimentary breakfast.
