Booked the room, received an email confirmation, then drove 18 miles out of the way to get there, unload my luggage, get to the front desk just to be told that they overbooked the hotel by some smartmouth kid at the front desk. Manager came to discuss, but, he was worthless. Don't trust these people and think your hotel confirmation is valid and a guarantee. Never, ever, ever again.

Terrible! We had a crying baby keep me up, the staff thought it was funny to not accommodate paying guests. I have never been so disrespected by a hotel. I had to leave to get a good night sleep.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the casino/hotel was clean. No smoking and no drinking was not a problem with us and my family really loved the indoor pool.

Everything was great. The only thing I didn't like was no kids were supposed to be in the pool after 9:00 it was adult time so we waited till after 9:00 to go but apparently look like there was like 15 to 20 kids there so didn't have no kind of time to be in the pool area the water was dirty and the Jets weren't working

I was treated like scum of the earth because I booked with Expedia and they changed their system and could not find my booking. The person checking me in didn't really want to look into the issue further until I pressed him to figure something out. It took about 30 minutes to find my booking and then they charged my card for the booking I had already pre-paid for. When it was time to check out the lady up front was so rude to me and told me it was not her fault I used a third party to book and have to deal with it on my own to get the double charge off my card and to take her word she would not process the double charge!!! We went in circles until she finally did some work and got me a refund (still waiting for it to process). Aside from the booking issues the restaurant is nothing like the pictures, think more cafeteria food, and the snack cafe needs some better management. I waited in line to be helped with about 5 other people all for the one staff person to say sorry come back when we have more staff?!?! The pool is less to be desired. There were rowdy kids in there left unsupervised by any adults. No staff checked the area. The only decent aspect of this place are the rooms and there is AC to get out of the heat. ***DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The pool was small and loud not as relaxing. Big casino floor to gamble. I was disappointed the restaurant could not accommodate for a party of 20 for family graduation dinner. Very helpful hotel staff.

Security was everywhere so my family and I felt very safe. Alberta that worked in the dinning area was so friendly and did her job great.

The showers were bad. If you got a warm shower you were lucky. Most are a "military shower". This was for all four days we stayed. There is no cards for door to tell room service you didnt want your room cleaned. So you have to call the front desk. They tell them, and you guessed it, we still got a knock on the door early in the morning! Walls are very thin. You hear everything in the room next to you. I mean every detail and every convo clearly. The restaurant there was expensive for what you get. Buffet was a waste of money. Don't bother. Order from the menu. Be prepared for the locals to side cut in line and staff allows it. There are no restaurants around there. A 20min drive minimum. Staff was friendly excluding one at the front desk. When you check in, you do sign a contract for possible extra charges ($100 for this, $100 for that). They want a lot of info from you during check in. Where you go, what you're are seeing, type of car you drive, license plate, ages of kids, etc. I felt like they watch to much discover crime channels. We travel twice a year for the last 16 years and this was new to us. The attractions, the four corners charges to enter. $8 a person. Monument Valley also charges $8 a person. Seems any reservation you enter charges out there. The nation park there, yup, charges to enter as well. Overall, all of us in our group agreed we wouldn't stay there again and would look closer in town next time.
