We loved how friendly the staff was. They kept doing extra things for us like giving my kids stuffed animals when we checked in and a bottle of water when we checked out. We found the dining options in the village were fairly expensive for a family and it was much cheaper to take the gondolas to Telluride and eat there.

The front desk offered champagne and hot chocolate to us when we walked in. And our 2 children were offered complimentary small stuffed animals. Service is always above and beyond.
