I decided to stay over night VERY last minute but the front desk young lady was very sweet and helpful over the phone. She even let us know the elevator was currently not working. The kids love the pool love the pool and hot tub here! Security is also top notch as I learned from experience. Though it was me rummaging through my own vehicle he did stop and ask if I had my keys since I just used the lock button on the door. I’ve saved this as a favorite and will stay here whenever we’re back in Pueblo again.

It was amazing ... The staff was super friendly the breakfast lady went above and beyond and the family had a good time The hot tub and the swimming pool were very clean and while maintenanced Will stay and recommend this place again!!

The stay was great! We really just slept there because we have family nearby that we spent our days with. Breakfast was good and convenient to start our mornings. All in all, it was restful stop to recuperate from our long days visiting family and site seeing.

Room was very nice,bed comfy, late night staff was amazing with a situation we had. I was not happy about finding a large baby toy under the skirt of the bedding and several reciepts for the restaurant across the street and dated different weeks. Makes me wonder about the cleaning staff. .

Room was stuffy and smelled like air fresheners over smoke. Support staff at breakfast was rude. Had to call the front desk twice due to excessive kid noise after 10 PM.

This was a terrible hotel stay. We were driving through and needed and booked this as a place to get sleep after a 13 hour drive. None of us got sleep because the neighboring room was throwing a party at midnight and was body slamming people into our wall and up against the beds. Even after talking to staff, the noise continued until 3am, where we had to go out and threaten to call the cops or an internal fight would arise. It was awful and our poor little kids could not sleep either. The room wasn't cleaned well either.

My truck was broken into! The truck was parked right in front of the hotel lobby doors. Your hotel wouldn’t help at all. In fact one of the receptionist was very very rude to me about it. You say you have security???? Horrible!! The other gentleman at the front fest just told me “ya it happens all the time” are you kidding me!! Wouldn’t even give me the security footage!! Total scam inside job 100%. I will make sure I give you bad reviews every where and worn people about you sketchy hotel!!! And it was about $2500 stolen goods! Thanks for nothing

We stayed for an overnight family trip. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the staff were very courteous. Overall, an excellent stay.
