The stay was great! We really just slept there because we have family nearby that we spent our days with. Breakfast was good and convenient to start our mornings. All in all, it was restful stop to recuperate from our long days visiting family and site seeing.

Room was very nice,bed comfy, late night staff was amazing with a situation we had. I was not happy about finding a large baby toy under the skirt of the bedding and several reciepts for the restaurant across the street and dated different weeks. Makes me wonder about the cleaning staff. .

Room was stuffy and smelled like air fresheners over smoke. Support staff at breakfast was rude. Had to call the front desk twice due to excessive kid noise after 10 PM.

This was a terrible hotel stay. We were driving through and needed and booked this as a place to get sleep after a 13 hour drive. None of us got sleep because the neighboring room was throwing a party at midnight and was body slamming people into our wall and up against the beds. Even after talking to staff, the noise continued until 3am, where we had to go out and threaten to call the cops or an internal fight would arise. It was awful and our poor little kids could not sleep either. The room wasn't cleaned well either.

My truck was broken into! The truck was parked right in front of the hotel lobby doors. Your hotel wouldn’t help at all. In fact one of the receptionist was very very rude to me about it. You say you have security???? Horrible!! The other gentleman at the front fest just told me “ya it happens all the time” are you kidding me!! Wouldn’t even give me the security footage!! Total scam inside job 100%. I will make sure I give you bad reviews every where and worn people about you sketchy hotel!!! And it was about $2500 stolen goods! Thanks for nothing

We booked this hotel before a family member had a procedure at the hospital down the street. The hotel was clean, quiet, and late-night check-in was a breeze. Special thanks to Jerrie at the front desk for being so friendly and speedy, we were ready for bed! The bed was comfortable, the sheets were fine, the only thing I'd say could use improvement is the pillows. They were quite small for a king-sized bed and very lumpy!

The only reason I’m giving this a 3 is because there was no hot water when we went to shower the morning after arriving. I had two kids with me who needed to shower as well and get moving early in the morning so unfortunately we were unable to shower. The front desk was suppose to have a manager get in touch with me but never did. Other than the hot water issue the place was good
