SpringHill Suites Pueblo Downtown

I was very happy with the size of the room, very spacious and lots of room for our whole family. I loved having the sofa bed as well. The bathroom was a good size and the shower had strong pressure, which was a plus. The pool was clean and a good size, and the exercise room had several treadmills so there was no waiting for a machine. Breakfast had many hot options and there was something for everyone. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, juice, coffee hot cocoa, and more. Overall friendly staff, ample parking and a good location.

I really enjoyed the service. Everyone was very personable and the property allows all the families to enjoy the pool area and Lobby. Overall great stay for the price.

the people on my floor were very loud and i did not sleep good and they let their kids run around and make a lot of racket at 1 am in the morning

Staff was super friendly. Room was nice. Very happy with stay. Only disappointment was how cold the pool was kept. We stood at three hotels during our road trip and this pool was the only one that kiddos couldn’t enjoy due to temperature. Hot tub was nice.

I regret to report that this Springhill Suites has deteriorated on several levels. We are always searching for reasonably priced hotels in Pueblo while visiting family and often stayed at the Marriott Courtyard across Sante Fe street. We stayed previously at this hotel and it was satisfactory in 2022 and early 2023. First the good news; the room was spacious (we had a suite with 2 queens and a sofa bed), clean, the shower acceptable and the room workers were kind and accommodating. Our grandsons loved the pool and hot tub area while we used the well maintained gym. The front desk workers were all friendly to the point of knowing it was us that forgot a nerf football in the pool. Sadly, the outrageous anti-loitering sound system installed at the gas station next door screamed all night long and by day every time we went to the our car. We were approached, twice by homeless individuals while walking with our grandsons in the parking lot. Breakfast was the most disappointing with watery, cold oatmeal, large open garbage bins often spilling food and paper plates, water coming out of the cranberry juice spigot, coffee running out and finally a woman tried smoking by opening the side door allowing smoke to enter the dining area. Painting being done in the hallways smelled up the elevators and fresh paint spots were all over the carpet. We were disheartened see this deterioration and hope it can be remedied.

overall its good for family

I was looking for someplace for 3 adult family members, mixed genders. The rooms at this property have separate, defined space for beds and living room. The couch in living area opens to bed. This was ideal, with 2 TVs and separate spaces. The frig and microwave make it liveable for entertaining. I came back to this hotel after visiting a friend here, and it was worthwhile. The hot breakfast is generous and has many different items. Staff are responsive, even go out of of their way to ensure your comfort. Business offiice (computers, printer) is a winner!
