La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pueblo

The lamps in the room did not work, the thermostats on the walls didnt work, we plugged in one of the heaters on the wall to warm up the room and it gave off a burning smell and an aweful noise. We thought the thing was about to explode. No hot water -the water was just warm enough that it wasnt freezing cold. We found notes from a child to a dad on the lampshade in the room, and dust ans change on one of the shelves in the closet showcasing the lack of cleanliness. There were no utensils at breakfast and had to spread the cream cheese and butter with my fingers. Breakfast iptions were cold cereal bagels/bread, and waffles...but no plasticware, no bagel cutter. The only good experience we had was that the bed was comfortable. Ill go here again if all i plan to do is sleep

The room was well appointed. I thought the shower was well done with good antiskid floor and a great safety bar along the back wall. Much better than the Grand Junction property.

I prefer La quinta everytime because this is clean ,kids friendly.

The hotel was dirty, halls smelled like urine our room smell like an old bar. The girl next to us had a crying baby and was in the phone looking for drugs and a lady a few doors down was living in there with her door open and it was disgusting , stuff piled everywhere. Very uncomfortable stay and not worth the money

Clean, quiet, easy. Good beds. Big room. Nice working bathroom. Great over all. Better than my last Marriott family hotel stay.

Child size shampoo 3 day stay, terrible smelling soap sliver, all carb breakfast great for diabetics - very much kidding! No option for for refreshing the room - had to make special request for towels. Had to use a credit card for $2 bottle of water.

I chose to pay a little bit more and stay at this hotel because of the beautiful pool that was advertised. Upon arrival, it was “closed for the season” which was not mentioned on their website. The double queen room I had booked was oversold, so we were given a kind with a pull out couch. Additionally, housekeeping is by request only, which was only written on an insert on the keycard which was easily overlooked. It has to be requested the day before, so I was not able to get housekeeping until the third day. The second night when I came back to my room, it was full of moths (6-8 large black moths!). The tub did not drain well and the toilet made a large clunking sound when flushed. My kids enjoyed the waffles at breakfast and the coffee was good!
