Hampton Inn & Suites Parker

Pool hours are until 10pm but our kiddos were asked to leave the pool area because they were too loud. We purposefully booked the hotel with 6 other families to allow our kids to swim after a long day at a baseball tournament. Very disappointed. Pool echoed terribly but that’s not our fault. Kids were having a great time happy and playing. We will never stay here again. Kids were upset and didn’t understand what they did wrong. Bummer. Nobody assisted us a checkout or even said thx for staying even though we kicked you out of our pool for having a good time.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but I had to for this one… I came to Denver on a whim a solo trip to get some rest and time away from my kids and husband you know a momcation, the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile by the receptionist who made sure that although I had a digital key in the event that anything happened I had a physical key to my room as well. I wasn’t bothered they made sure all my needs were catered too and made it very easy for me to talk to them as someone who struggles with social anxiety. Whomever was at the desk of I needed anything was very helpful. The day before I left I asked if I could check out late and the lady at the front desk her name begins with an R *ray I believe but I remember it being an R* accommodated my request and even offered the next day when I was leaving sooner than my late check out time to keep my bags behind the desk so I could still enjoy my time left in Parker. The housekeepers always had a smile on their faces no matter how long a day they’ve had. Before leaving I told front desk that this will be a yearly thing for me and that I’d be coming here because of how accommodating the hotel was. Anything under 5 stars and I’d be lying.

Nice place to stay and close to the hospital. The pool and hot tub was closed for some construction so that was disappointing. There was also a great deal of ice on the sidewalk, from a snow storm that came in over the weekend. Our family member was in a wheelchair so the ice made it difficult to load and unload.

It was very enjoyable, the kids had fun and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We rarely stay at hotels so we really felt comfortable here. Thank you all.

Our arrival was a mess . We had two rooms and the main room was given to my adult kids and we got theirs. Found out the pool and hot tub were out for months and was not notified by our third party. Was told there would be a discount but came to find out no!! Disappointed in Hilton. The manning of this hotel was substandard. Our check out girl was pleasant. George H Wrape.

The staff and the breakfast were the highlights of this place. Where do I begin with the dislikes. Needs to be updated. The room had random dirty spots on the carpet. The Chase lounge in the room was disgusting along with the small desk chair. No lock on the bathroom door. The carpets in the hallway were dingy and dirty. The pool was closed for maintenance but never mentioned in the website. There is duct tape on the elevator button so you won’t use it. A family member had a reservation during the time we were there and when they got up to their room it never even been cleaned. Definitely disappointing for a Hampton Inn, especially for being in a nice area. Would not recommend this hotel.

Rooms were dirty & if we wouldn't have lost money through Expedia we would have changed hotels in a heartbeat. During our 3 night stay, many people complained about dirty rooms, toilet & TV not working & like us, rooms dirty, lounge chair which was to fit a 5th person had staines & dirty. Couple who traveled with us changed hotels potentially loosing money due to hair/crumbs on bed, stains on walls/floor and lounge chair dirty/stained. Very disappointing for a Hampton. Hard to believe Expedia rating was over a 4! Elevator buttons had duct tape holding panel on, hall ceiling rotted, hall carpet stained, elevator sign riped & taped w/scotch tape. To boot the pool & hot tub were closed due to roof issues, sounds like it has been for some time (maybe a year). Our room lounge chair stained, food, hair, etc. between cushions and under chair was had a french fry/dirty, toilet bowl rim not cleaned, sink rim was dirty, hair dryer didn't work, desk chair had holes in cushions, corners of room dirty, dresser/desk laminate peeling/peeled off. I had asked for a rollaway 1st & 2nd night to replace the lounge chair. 1st night staff member said they would see if they could "find" one but never got back to me; I had to follow up 3.5 hrs later, they couldn't find one. I asked a staff member the 2nd night,he said they would look & never got back to me but I got the feeling he wouldn't get back to me when I 1st asked. In my 42 yrs of traveling, my family & I have never had a worse experience.

Parking lot was undergoing replacing my entire stay. The hot tub and pool were undergoing maintenance. They advertised on site laundry services but have none. The day bed has obvious child urine stains on it. No place to refill reusable water bottles. Cleanliness was lacking.

Stayed here while we were in town to visit family in Parker. It was a great location and convenient to interstate, restaurants, stores, etc. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and the hot breakfast each morning was appreciated.
