La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Denver Parker

The first room we were checked into had empty bottles of alcohol right outside of the door when we first got there. There was also a random pill on the floor inside of the room, which we were glad we found and not our young child. Also the top bedside lamp was broken off the wall with the bottom one unscrewed and just sort of hanging there, so we screwed it back into the wall and told the front desk so we weren’t charged for it. After we returned the next day, it smelled so badly (assuming from the AC unit) we asked to be moved to a different room. The next room had no smell and no broken fixtures, but still hadn’t been swept or vacuumed, and certainly not mopped. The breakfast was decent and the overall hotel was fine, but I would say it’s definitely lacking in cleanliness.

Very clean family friendly, traveling with a 6 year old, she was excited to use the card key to open doors and the manager let her keep the card key. Thank you.

Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. My children enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was solid.

The pool was closed. we stayed with them with our family with kids, and wanted the pool. They didn't tell us the pool was closed until we arrived.

The stay at this hotel was terrible. We walked into the room it had a horrible smell and the smoke detector was beeping. Waited for someone for over an hour to come up to the room ended up going back to the front desk and asking for another room. Got to the second room the door was hard to open then it wouldn’t close. Again waited for someone to come up and look at it, we were in a hurry and so my husband finally got the door shut. When we came back the elevator was out of service. Took the grandkids swimming and the water was freezing cold and the kids didn’t want to swim in it. I am so glad we only had one night booked there. I would never stay there again.

The hotel is new and very nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable even though it was a little on the small side. We didn't care because we came to visit family. The breakfast was good, especially the eggs. Indoor Pool looked to be still under construction and no spa, which was a little disappointing. Work out room was well equipped.

We were very disappointed that the indoor pool was closed. We were meeting with our grandchildren and plan to.swim with them. We also paid for a late 3pm checkout which we did not use due to fact no pool.

We loved this property. It was super clean and next to a Starbucks. Shopping is a few minutes away but other than that it was quiet for our family

Staff was fantastic. Always ready to help. Room was nice as well. However, it seem that maintainence is lacking. Tub faucet loose. I would bet water has been getting in behind the wall. Shower head stopped working on my last morning there and had to remove it and use the "hose" to get showered for my trip home. "Ironing board" was something out of a kids toy isle, bent leg brackets didnt allow it to function properly. Had to bend the leg brackets back into proper place with what I could come up with for tools just to use it AFTER having tho ask the desk clerk to hunt down an iron for me. Broken floor tiles in elevator and other locations. I know it is a FREE breakfast but needs work. Reminded me of Army food back in the 80s

Everything was great, room was clean, staff was always available, kids had a fun time in the pool.
