Springhill Suites by Marriott Boulder Longmont

This was a last minute booking after a frustrating incident at another location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Springhill Suites are always a preferred by my family because they are roomy and feature a trundle bed instead of a fold out. We were very thankful to find this one.

I had mistakenly booked an incorrect night at this hotel. I had asked the young girl at check in, if there were any vacancies for tonight. She said no they were completely booked. It was late and we were exhausted and needed a place to stay asap. I went online and checked the same hotel for vacancies and there were multiple available. I booked, and then went I back to check in. I asked the girl if 3rd party availability were different from the actual hotel availability? She said no but possibly someone cancelled!!! Then she said she thought I wanted to book for the next day and not tonight. Are you kidding me !!! This girl had here head in the clouds somewhere contributing to my negative review. The place is actually nice and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again but this employee just needs to get it together and provide accurate information to customers.

The hotel attendees were all very helpful. During the night shift a male employee was kind and wen tour of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. I had 3 very young children with me and everyone sermed very compassionate and understanding Tuank you

Thank you so much for making my trip to Longmont so easy. I arrived early and had to get ready for a family gathering. I was able to check-in early and didn't have to rush. That took a lot of worry off my plate. Thank you so much.

Very dirty room dog hair everywhere pet food on the carpet my child allergic to pet hair he got really bad bad allergies because of that just overall HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Our room was next to a couple and a small child that yelled at each other from midnight until I went down at 5 AM to front office to complain. Hotel was not even close to full and yet management crammed everyone into same area. The night's experience was just plain bad

We typically stay at Hampton inn and wanted to try something new and are very happy with Spring Hill suites! We got in late after a long day of travel with our infant and the checkin was smooth & friendly & was super helpful! They use real eggs for the continental breakfast and have gluten free blueberry muffins! Definitely will be coming back!

Amazing place to stay with family. Nice staff and very clean place. Very safe neighborhood.
