We didnt expect this level of service from a hotel thats literally tucked into a neighborhood. Very quiet and super safe! They lock the door at 6pm and access is by your key-LOVE THIS. Staff greeted us like family and were so helpful and friendly! The room is very spacious and clean-i did find alot of hair on the bathroom floor which was surprising because everything else was spotless. We will most certainly be back. A real jewel and very affordable!

Quick family trip to Boulder for family weekend. This hotel is about a 12 minute drive from our son's house. Room is spacious.

Not your standard hotel chain. Relaxed, family owned inn, many foreign guests, located next to a park, with bbqs, picnic tables, extremely pleasant, laid back, clean, in addition to the standard mini kitchen in each room, there is a communal kitchen and dining room.

This place was quaint and fit our needs. There was a distinct smell that I couldn't figure out. My family has allergies so we just opened the windows. There was a beautiful yellow aspen outside the window. We had breakfast plans every morning so I didn't check out the breakfast. There is a pretty walking path by the hotel. It is in a quiet neighborhood. My son goes to CU and it was a 9 minute drive to his house, but it feels further away because it is quiet and calm which we liked.

I like the room layout which is very functional for family stay, especially the feature that the hotel put a small dining table and two chairs instead of a sofa

Absolutely great deal for the price! It was great to be able to use the community kitchen to cook family meals at night. Would certainly recommend for travelers looking for a no-frills, but clean and welcoming, place to stay in the area!

This was a no-frills place for me to stay while visiting family in Boulder. Very affordable. They keep short hours so in the evening you need to buzz yourself into even the main door. When my key card would not work for the main door later at night I gave them a call and they helped immediately, but there is no one at the desk after regular business hours. Decaf in the room but not at breakfast. Mattress sunk in but was not too uncomfortable.
