Hilton Garden Inn Longmont

Went to Longmont to visit family and needed quiet, comfortable place for our base. Hilton Garden Inn was perfect as it was very clean, very quiet and very comfortable. Plus it was very convenient.

The facility is fairly new, well maintained and well situated. The problem with my stay was the service was nonexistent, and when one asked a question of the inadequately trained, 20-something staff, an answer was rarely forthcoming, but blank stares were plentiful. During my stay, my rental car was vandalized and sustained significant damage. I alerted the staff who could not initially locate the surveillance footage of the area and did not offer to come out to assess the damage or initiate clean-up of broken glass on their property. No one at the front desk knew the number for the local police and suggested I call 911. The manager of the facility was off (on a weekday), and when I requested to speak with a regional manager, I was told there was no one available, but was given an email contact. I called Hilton's national customer relations line, filed a claim and am still waiting to hear back (over 7 business days). The lack of service my family received was beyond distressing and thus far, follow-up from Hilton has been nonexistent. I would NOT recommend staying at this facility and am significantly disappointed with Hilton's corporate non-response.

My family was safe

The hotel is new and clean but the automatic blinds in our room were broken which meant the baby didn’t sleep much all night 😩. The music in the pool area was also extremely loud, we called to have it turned down but they refused. We stayed in an accessible room and the shower isn’t wheelchair friendly. They just have a drain in the floor of bathroom so I guess you could use the handheld sprayer. We stayed on the top floor and the roof units were incredibly loud. Sounded like there were jets landing on the roof every time they kicked on. It was clean so I’d stay again but ask for a room on floor 1-3.
