Best Western Firestone Inn & Suites

Good place! I liked it. Very close to my family's house.

The swimming poool made my kids stomach hurt it was nasty hot tub and swimming pool looked like haven't been cleaned in a long time nasty

The staff was mostly great. The front desk girl was scattered at best, left out information, but a super sweet girl! In the room, it appeared that the countertop was slipping down on one side and they tried to cover it with black silicon. The sink didn't drain very well. But the biggest disappointment was that my grand babies wanted to go swimming in the worst way, but the City of Firestone shut it down for safety non-compliance. We ended up working out a deal with the Holiday Inn express behind the BW to take them to their pool. Not grand walking our wet selves and wet babies back in a cold north wind.

Check in was a mess. Two rooms got keys for one. Then got charged on one card instead of two separate ones for two families. They couldn’t find people behind us reservations and people checking out in am got charged twice as well. Rooms were decent but overpriced for the size.

Not a good visit at all. Checked in with my family of four and when we get to our room, there are no linens or pillows in the pull-out couch. Called the front desk about it, and they apologized but I had to go down to get the items. Asked for 4 pillows for the pull-out and they seemed reluctant to do so... I was told I had to bring the pillows back at check-out or I would be charged. During my 4 day stay, I had no housekeeping in my room. I asked for a cleaning twice and my room was never cleaned. When I called the front desk to complain, there was an apology and if I wanted fresh trash bags I had to go down to get them... The most disappointing thing was when I visited the pool. Pool hours were posted and during my time at the pool area, I knew we were getting close to the time when we needed to exit the pool area. The time posted was 10 pm and lights would automatically turn off. Lights turned off at 9:55 pm while we were all still in the pool area, the employee working the lobby came in, said sorry folks, and didn't turn the lights back on for us to at least exit the pool area. I had to use my phone light to make sure I can get to the exit safely with my family. I understand policy and procedure but, this was very dangerous and unacceptable to not turn the lights back on for us so that we can see. Very disappointing stay, never again.

It was overall a good place to stay and family friendly. Very hospitable and accommodating staff. My only complaint would be the gym was closed and locked up at 10pm instead having a key card entry like many hotels.

This was a great stay for me & family and the room were spacious and clean and staff were wonderful and friendly. I’ll e back because of the customer service provided it was genuine.

Me and my kids stayed here and absolutely loved it! The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was hot and delicious! The pool and hot tub were great as well! Definitely recommend this hotel!
