Broken dispensers, duck tape on the shower head, metal protruding from the floor, thank goodness my kids weren’t with us. They never cleaned the room during our stay. The one good thing was breakfast.

The front desk staff was friendly upon arrival - the hotel is dated and needs some fixing up, but our room was clean and free of weird smells. The A/C units worked well, as did the fridge. The pool area was also clean and family friendly. The breakfast was small but well stocked and clean. Over all, this was a great stay for our family of 3 for 4 nights!

Our reservation was mysteriously cancelled, and it took phone calls and Hotels.com chat to get that corrected. My first call to Hotels.com was answered by a man with loud talking and a baby crying in the background; I first thought it was a scam. On the second night the occupant above our room was loudly pacing (stomping), back and forth, for a couple of hours. It was quite loud and disrupted our sleep. All of our calls to the front office at 11:00 p.m. were never answered. The breakfast was okay and the room was clean, so no issues there. Overall, we would not stay here again.

While on our Anniversary we booked 5 star stays. Our last day in Denver I wanted to be close to a specific store to do some shopping, That's how I selected Towne suites. I was surprised how much money we saved and how nice it was. We will book again in the future and have some extra money left over. Our nightly cost were going over $850 this trip until reserving here. Everyone at the desk was friendly and helpful. The other hotel we stayed at they were pretentious and rude. The night clerk made us feel like family and the dog in the lobby was so sweet and adorable.

Nice, clean and comfortable rooms. We were very pleased with our stay and price was great...didn't feel like anything was sacrificed for a relatively cheaper rate, compared to other area hotels. Since it is an extended-stay type of place, rooms don't get a full cleaning every day (they will do towel service daily), but we were completely fine with that. Loved the kitchenette as an option to eat in. Traveled as a couple. Saw lots of families and business travelers also.

Loved it, staff was great. Plan to return, very good location. Breakfast was good, friendly staff, very helpful. Suite size was nice, clean, comfortable. Would be good for families, pool looked inviting.
