Vīb Hotel by Best Western Denver RiNo

I did not like that the parking is a block and a half away that you have to walk to. We checked it at 9:30 PM myself and two kids and had to walk in the dark to the hotel. Also the lady that checked us in was not friendly at all. Could have explained you need to use the key card to run the elevator. It was late and we were tired and could have used a little better explanation parking and elevator. Also needed a tooth brush was told sorry but one we only have tooth paste. Also kids were running in the hall late in the night and knocking on doors.

We where debating on staying at this hotel, however we saw it had a 9 star rating. What a mistake. It’s my honeymoon and as we check in it was the worse experience. The check in lady was horrible to my husband and I. She was so mean to us, I would have never booked to this company if I knew I was going to be treated in that manner. She had me crying at the end of our check in. So uncomfortable. She yelled at us telling us we had 15 min to check in 15 min to have our car unloaded. We had 15 min with the luggage carrier.. just horrible.. we sat in our room after that and I cried.. this was supposed to be joyous stay…. We had left a few times after that and she would just stare at us waiting to tell us something bad with her arms crossed.. I would never stay here again and our family’s back home couldn’t believe it…
