Bad hotel. Staff downgraded the room I booked without notice. Tried to get me to accept lesser accommodations for the same price. Hotel staff is not helpful. Their actions ruined the trip for my family.

Cool spot near Boulder. Very convenient and affordable for a family or group of people.

The 2 bedroom was nice for our entire family. Great staff. Stores were very close and convenient. They were doing some construction during our stay, but it was not loud. Also, the construction did interfere with the TV connection. But it was no big deal. I would definitely stay here again.

We liked the layout of our two bedroom. The location of the hotel is excellent. Located close to many restaurants and shopping, as well as easy access to the freeway. We stayed for five nights and had to ask for a cleaning service halfway through as we had garbage backed up and had run out of toilet paper. Our unit had broken windows and the electrical outlets in one room made us nervous as when things were plugged in, the lights would go on and off. The first few nights we had a family right next door who were very loud and the walls and doors are so thin we could hear everything they and their children were doing. They had many people coming and going at all hours we couldn't sleep very well. They also cooked food that smelled terrible and seeped into our room so badly that we had to stuff towels in the door and had headaches. Now we realize these things are out of the hotel's control, but they just added to the already run-down feel of our unit. Another family member stayed a few nights to visit us in the other building and said their unit was much nicer, so I think it depends on what unit you get. The units close to the office seem to be in better shape. There was also a lot of construction right next door that made it difficult to come and go.

For the price of $75 per night, 15 min drive from Boulder, free parking, clean rooms, kitchen in the room, next to shopping mall and restaurants - this was perfect for us. Boulder hotels are very overpriced and the reviews of budget hotels didn't sound good. This hotel looks new, clean, the room service was excellent, very flexible, has kitchen with most kitchenware!! and most importantly the price was good. You can buy food and cook and eat at hotel :) This is not a place for romantic getaway though, it caters more to families with kids. But we were very happy there.

GREAT ROOM! I have food allergies and was traveling with kids so this room was perfect! SPACIOUS and loved not having to watch cartoons all the time. Kitchen was stocked well and overall AMAZING room for an AMAZING price. wish I could have stayed longer!
