Perfect spot to stay with kids. Incredible pool and easy access. A beautiful, quiet area. Will definitely be back.

Property was nice. A bunch of children running in the hallway in the evening. Believe sports teams were staying at the same time. Room was nice but hair in the bathroom in the corner. Room service was excellent.

When we first arrived, there was a dead bird on the sidewalk in front of the resort which freaked the kids out a little bit. We originally booked a double queen room, but got a king with a twin instead, which was difficult for a family of four. We didn’t have air conditioning in the room all weekend, and they came up to try and fix it multiple times.

Positive: one manager let our family watch a movie downstairs on a big screen, with snacks even. That was great!!! Negative: we found A. a small 1 inch piece of cheese along one edge in our room (not behind furniture. Out in the open. B. in your workout room, one Kind Bar was chewn thru by a mouse. I mean the wrapper was mouse style chewn. And when I looked behind that cabinet on the floor, as expected there is a pile of mouse poop. (we did eat the unchewed kind bars haha). C. in the outside bathroom (accessible only from pool area), mens room, there are a bunch of millipedes! I mean they are cute. but you probably dont want them in there. Mostly dead. a few alive. My kid was in the back (handicap) toilet changing to swim shorts and was asking me what are all these things on the floor...

We came down specifically to let the kids play in the pool and hot tub as we have done in the past. The hot tub was broken and the heated pool was too cold for the kids to play in. There was no indication on the website when I booked the reservation otherwise we would have stayed somewhere else.

The property is great, kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. Restaurant inside was great for breakfast. Clean and comfy room.

The hotel staff were amazing! Sadly, we were there for a family tragedy, but they really took good care of all of our family.

We are local and booked day of for a staycation. We called ahead to see if we could get in early to be able to give our toddler a nap. They were very accommodating and all set up for when we got there. Everyone was very friendly and our kids had a blast at the pool. The rooms were clean and we were surprised how quiet it was considering it is so close to the highway and there seemed to be a lot of guests.

It was okay. The room service food was average and there was no kid's menu. The furniture was nice but rundown. It was mostly clean but minor issues here and there. The pool and hot tub had a lot of debris in them, including dead flies. The water pressure was very very weak, so filling the bathtub for my four year old took 30 minutes. No one helped us with our bags even though we were carrying a lot and had a little kid with us. At the end of our stay, a staff member gave our daughter a kid's activity bag, and said it should've been given at check-in. When we asked for more towels, or help getting the heater fixed, the response was excellent. We loved the complimentary bath products. Overall, it was comfortable and sufficient, but I expected it to be a bit more luxurious and more kid-friendly based on the website and what I was told to expect.
