One night stay after visiting the Great Sand Dunes, front desk personnel pleasant and personable. Room was clean. Breakfast was good and nice variety, kids even played in the playground while car was getting packed.

Our stay was great! All the staff was very nice and inviting. The rooms were very nice and really appreciated how clean everything was. Definitely plan on staying again on our next family trip.

When I checked in, I was told that I needed to leave $200 cash deposit based on where I was coming from. I was told that locals had to put down a deposit and if the room was clean when I checked out then I would get my money back. Are you kidding me? Do you have a small profiling issue there. Also the next morning when I got up, there was no hot water.

My wife, myself and our two kids stayed at this property for one night during a vacation in Colorado. The suite was nice and clean and the A/C in the room was comfortable. The kids enjoyed the sofa and living room area of the suite. The bathroom was clean and the shower was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

One of the beds creaked every time you rolled over- it was as if the bed did not even have a box spring. We were woken up at 7 in the morning by the people next door- their children were yelling and screaming in the room and up and down the corridor outside. When we went down to breakfast at 8 everything seemed to be out- the waffle batter was out, the hot foods, the bread and danishes- just needed to be replenished. Front desk staff was super nice, but the room furniture was horrific (vinyl couches?), yellow chairs?, and the facilities needed a lot of help.

Really good hotel. Good suite, good TV brand, clean bathroom, comfy beds. Two smaller complaints: there are thin ceilings so that I could hear a lot of action from upstairs and their seemingly many children before I was ready to wake up. Also, the food started to not get restocked after about 8:15 and that’s a bummer for the people coming down the hall between then and 9am. Just have enough yogurt and muffins and orange juice for everybody. This establishment makes enough money to keep breakfast stocked for three hours.

Enjoyed our stay. Good part of the city. The room with 2 queens and a pull out couch bed worked well for our family of 6. My only complaint is that they seemed to be out of a lot of things. Didn’t have extra blankets or pillows, didn’t have spoons at breakfast, etc. The BEST part is that the lady serving at the free breakfast was happy and cheerful!! That’s rare.

Limited parking, a rock garden with weeds that could be replaced with parking. Told will not clean room daily, are you kidding me $200 night and they cannot clean. Over priced, breakfast - rubber sausage, one morning no food and it was only 7 a.m.. Not sure what is up with Rooms in Alamosa but all motels over priced. Will not stay there again.
