Hampton Inn Los Angeles-Santa Clarita

It was a quick stay for my family. Room was nice the only complaint is that the beds were uncomfortable. Good breakfast and nice staff

I was very happy with my stay. I read the reviews and was somewhat skeptical about booking a stay here. A majority of my stays at Hampton Inn have been Great. The staff was AWESOME and the issues I read online did not affect me. The one issue that was not anyones fault was the food. There were a lot of people staying at this location and the breakfast food was going fast. So, to all future travelers, be early or be prepared to wait. I appreciate all the work done behind the scenes to make my families stay enjoyable.

Clean, friendly staff. Big communal room. Offers kids game in exchange for ID to play. Hot chocolate, tea and coffee complimentary every day. I would stay again

Easy check in/check out. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The first night I had trouble finding a parking space and the front desk staff offered to let me follow them to where they had parked so I could take the their space as they left. It was a small gesture, but a very kind and helpful way to start our stay knowing that the staff cared about our comfort and convenience. I believe his name was Diego, so shout out to him! Housekeeping comes every other day to change out the towels and bedding, which is nice after a long day out to find everything refreshed. And last but not least, the breakfast was really good! They have good hot breakfast options, as well as your standard continental breakfast options. My son loves waffles, so getting to make them fresh was a great way to start our mornings. The staff was really on top of rotating the food in as it would run out. Even when the lobby was full with guests clearing out the hot foods pretty quickly, they kept it coming so you didn’t have to wait too long for anything to be replaced. The staff here seemed very attentive in all aspects. For a more budgeted hotel experience, this was definitely a solid choice for our family. We had a comfortable stay and ended up needing to extend our stay twice. We ended up being here for 7 nights, so I can tell you, it was absolutely worth the value and we didn’t even think about picking a different hotel for our additional nights.

Went to take a shower and there was little to no hot water. Had a family of 4 to get in and out of a cold shower.

Wasn’t expecting an older Hamton but overall well kept property. Staff was very nice. I appreciate being placed on 1st floor with young children. Only really issue we had was college students having party next door till 1am. Staff tried their best to keep noise down. With young kids it was difficult to get rest. I suggest staff monitoring this next time.

My family and I have stayed at various Hilton properties. The staff here at Hampton Inn Santa Clarita is amazing. Made us feel welcomed from the moment we stepped in the door. Our dogs were also welcomed! Definitely recommend staying here.

there is no seat available for breakfast too many kids and people in the morning so I just use grab and go breakfast.

We stayed there for 1 night on Thanksgiving. The lady at the front desk was very nice. We walked in our room while maintenance was going on so the lady at the front desk apologized and gave us an upgrade. The kids were hungry so they walked a short distance to Denny (only place that opens during the holiday). Good shopping area if it was opened. Continental breakfast was very nice and hot. I would definitely stay there again. The only downside was that it was closed to the freeways so it can be a little loud.
