Hyatt Regency Valencia

Pros: Hotel is VERY convenient, right across the street from the mall and several restaurants! Staff is amazing and very helpful, and the food is GREAT!! Pool is open until 10pm which was very nice.. kids loved swimming after a full day at Magic Mountain. Cons: The hot tub was broken, no valet, and parking across the street in the parking garage was kind of a pain. Definitely will be back!! 😁

Great place for families

The floors were not clean. There was dried old noodles on the floor when we checked in and stayed there for our whole stay and the room was constantly dusty. The room service trays of other guest and ourselves were in the hallway for 11 hours. The towels were ripped and the bedding was old and flat- the down was all gone and the bedding felt like hospital beds. The hallway entry table at the elevator had the same trash on it for our week stay and was dusty and dirty. There was no service by the fire place due to staffing and the outside tables were dirty and the canopy’s were torn and dirty. We have been staying here multiple times a year for years now because we have family in Valencia and I’m sad to say this was our last stay. This place has taken a huge dive from its height in the early 00 and it needs a deep clean and staffing support. We paid 175 a night for a week stay and do not feel it was money well spent.

My family and I had an amazing experience!

We arrived late (around 11pm) after a long drive. Check in was fast and easy, but when we got to our room, it had not been cleaned (unmade bed, used towels). We were given a new room quickly on another floor but it had a strong smell of smoke. We were too tired at that point to change again, but it was disappointing to spend the night in a smoky-smelling room with our young child.

excellent and central location. walkable to so many restaurants and entertainment. stayed here to visit family and i would definitely stay here again

I have stayed here in the past but couldn’t remember if I liked it or not. It is pretty, big and new. Walking distance to entertainment and food. My only complaint is the rooms are not insulated well. You can hear everything outside the room and unfortunately I was stuck next to a room with loud annoying children that would slam their doors. I ordered 3 drinks and it was $70. There was a lot of pros and cons to this hotel. Probably won’t stay there again.

Pleasantly surprised!!! This is a great, really great hotel. Of course we were there visiting our family, but it’s mostly business oriented… loved it. Nice and quite. Minus the first night when they had a a problem with the fire alarms going off. Really great place!

The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hyatt was beautiful place and our stay was great. The kids enjoy the pool and the bathtub!
