Amazing hotel. Older but redone very nicely. Vibrant colours throughout. We had a wonderful 4 night stay as a family of 4. Basic breakfast was good enough, the beds were so comfortable and the pool was refreshing and a nice place to hang out.

There were several good things: friendly staff, nice property and good size clean room. Renovations to main lobby were happening so it wasn't great but I understand Bad stuff; no streaming on TV, HBO only worked part of the time. I didn't know ahead of time but there was a youth soccer tournament close by so there were kids loudly playing tag, running and yelling till late and then early too. Hot Tub was a big selling point, but then stuffed with kids all day so unusable

We stay regularly at the property when visiting family. During this visit the front lobby was under construction making the experience less comfortable. We were not told beforehand that the construction was taking place. We like the room as they are spacious enough , well appointed and clean.

The rooms were set up great, extremely comfortable and pleasant. They were in the middle of remodeling the lobby and the breakfast was limited because of that. But the staff was so accommodating and sitting by the pool was comfortable and great for visiting with our extended family.

Stay here if you have loud kids that want to play in the pool from 6a to 10 p. Also, if you like fire trucks they come by several times a day. Not a quiet restful stay

Went for a personal relaxation weekend. All I really needed was a quiet weekend and a hot tub. Guest services welcomed me and didnt hesitate to start my stay off right; Shay and Iris were so friendly and made sure my stay was just what I needed. The facilities staff were super helpful and friendly, assiting me with my bags without even asking. The guests were also like an extended family everyone socializing, sharing stories and travel tips. Even made some new friends!

Convenient with lots of parking. A bit noisy in the room (door to hall did not seal so all hall noise came in just as though we'd left the door open). Only a problem for the 2am party people returning and the 4am dog walker baby talking to her dog.

We loved the eclectic property! It was clean, super colorful, and close to the location for our lacrosse tournament. We especially liked the area around to pool to meet up with friends while the kids swam. We will definitely stay here again next year!

It was an OK stay, I had high expectations because it was a Hyatt- affiliated place but there was nothing special about it. Front desk was nice, guests who were there when I arrived were rude. The exterior had a funky yellow paint which wasn’t appealing. We were in Rm 115 which was by the lobby driveway, and it felt very close to the street. Our window looks out to the street and didn’t feel safe at all. The layout of the room is weird. There was a car accident the night we were there and I was still awake (maybe 2am?). I heard a guy yell and then heard the collision. Few moments later, I hear sirens and looked out my window to see at least 5 police cars with lights on. Had a couple of hours sleep until I have to wake up at 830am for breakfast because they close early at 930am. When I got there the scrambled eggs and bacon were gone so I had to wait for a few minutes. There were also an assortment of bread and cereals. Had to grab 3 plates for my sleeping husband and baby and got schooled by the kitchen lady about having “double plates”. Of course I had to have another plate cover my plate if I have to transport it to my room. Whatever. I just apologized since I really didn’t understand what she was talking about. Besides, it was too early for me to be arguing with anybody. I do like the 12pm check out instead of the 11am at most hotels. Overall, it’s not too bad. I personally would check out other hotels next time though.
