The front door wasn’t welcoming at all. There was a sitting area full of smokers and I could barely breathe going in nor did I want to expose my young children to it. Luckily they had room access through the parking garage. Room very clean and comfortable.

This place is absolutely accommodating. I booked this hotel/room for my kids and my daughter lost her wallet on the way from Orange County to San Jose. By the time they checked in, she doesn't have any credit cards but the manager accommodated them due to unfortunate circumstance, BIG thanks to the hotel I am glad they did let my kids checked in since I was out of the country travelling. The place and room booked was very nice, clean and spacious, quiet and parking was a breeze. I would book this place again.

Our stay at the Juniper Hotel Cupertino was great! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family!

Loved our corner room. Wifi handled streaming effortlessly, and the staff were helpful, enthusiastic and polite. Best kept secret is their affiliation with a nearby junior Olympic pool.

My husband and I came in from out of town to visit family. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very comfortable!! Will definitely return!
