Great place but lots of kids pools and not enough adult ones.I had to pay for spa to get away from kids at the pool. Spa was great they have an outdoor massage waterjet that was amazing but no pool just a small dunking pool size of large jacuzzi. Massage therapist was not very experienced the water jet was way better.

For a water activity hotel, this place is actually disgusting. There is legitimately mold, and green fungus growing on the steps of the slide. There is yellow and green algae growing in the pool. Omni is known for being a family friendly hotel, which means there's a lot of kids. The cleanliness, and upkeep of the pool is disgusting ! I have plenty of pictures of the fungus growing.

Great service, with one exception at our initial seating in the bar where it took too long for our server to acknowledge us and take our order. Amazing team on both shifts for the front desk and Kidtopia. Awesome family pools and water slide options. Delicious food, reasonable value. Cocktails are a bit pricey. Did not get a chance to golf this time, but the course looks to be in great shape.

Excellent place for family vacation. Water slides with warm temperatures and life guards, beautiful flowers&plants with best holiday decorations, professional staffs with good manners, and amazing customer services such as shuttles and concierge. I appreciate their service and care during stays. Also recommend to see sunrising in Edge pool!

We had a great family stay here - our 8 year old daughter ran laps on the water slide for hours each day. She also had fun at the kids club for a half day during the stay. The place is in preparation for the NCAA golf championships though so we were woken up each morning by tractors tearing up the course right in front of our room - I’d have liked to either know that was happening or had some sort of price drop though - as that definitely wrecked the view/vibe we were going for on this getaway.

Disappointed in room - so far away as to be ridiculously inconvenient to car. Pools were so overcrowded and like theme park level noise and kid chaos. No quiet pools with any amenities (my kid is 20- so too young for adult pool apparently.) bugs wandering into in room from large gap under door, spiders, ants, June bugs and smelled like old wet dirty carpet
