Beautiful hotel with all the amenities you could want. Staff was lovely and very Informative. The food was OK. They could do better with room service menu. This hotel was very dog friendly. There were literally dogs everywhere so if you don’t like dogs, this probably wouldn’t be the place for you. A guest even had their dog running around the pool off leash. The dog started to follow myself and my kids. Not cool (wasn’t friendly) and I love dogs!

Valet was terrific and very friendly. The servers inside the Ponto restaurant were also great. Housekeeping was spot on too. Adult Pool was terrific. Had to hustle the server down to order drinks at the pool, but there were plenty of friendly staff members who were customer-focused. Shuttle driver down to the lawn for the Grease Movie was also friendly and overall the resort is very service oriented. 5 Stars for all Staff except for Cocktail server at the pool who was nice, but did not approach us at all to take our order at either pool. Towel staff was also great. Top Golf was a blast for our teens. The Churros at the Ponto restaurant were amazing. Best I’ve ever had. Overall terrific stay but if you want a really quiet stay, look elsewhere as this hotel is full of young children who are well behaved but loud just because they are little. :)

This property was outstanding for kids, plenty of activities and dining options with a very welcoming and helpful staff.

The property itself is very clean and the suite is spacious. However there was a large group there and they were so loud and partying at night and it made it very hard to enjoy our stay with little kids. Every night we’d hear noise at 10pm and told the front desk but there wasn’t much they could do about it.

Loved staying at this resort! Beautiful, clean, friendly staff. Very well maintained. Everyone was very kind. Great place to stay with kids, pool, slides and sand were wonderful. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Great luxurious family resort! Great food at restaurant’s, suites are big for the family. This was our first family vacation with our newborn.

I was very impressed with the property and with the entire staff. We had a one night family stay and had booked a suite. When we got there it appeared there had been some sort of mix up between Hotels.com and the hotel and our suite type was not available. After a quick conversation Cesar and the front office team got to work and recovered the situation amazingly well. Upgraded us to a higher grade suite, comped us dinner on the deck while the room was being prepared and just generally made every possible effort to ameliorate the situation. Very well done. In general, the upgraded property is very nice. The room was very comfortable and clean. Room service was good. We rented a cabana at the pool for the next day and had a great time at the pool. Again service was prompt and pleasant and the pool itself was great for the kids and whole family. Thanks to Cesar and the team for an excellent stay. We'll be back with the family and will be referring business clients to the hotel.

I went to celebrate Father's Day with my kids and the jacuzzi was out of order in the family area. There was a 21 and above area with jacuzzi but the guest there told me that even if the hotel management said my kids can use it they can't because they are not adults. I had asked for some shower caps at 11:50 am they came to my room at 12:35 pm after me making 4 attempts by calling

Traveled here for a family vacation with a seven-year-old and four-year-old. The service is top notch and the staff was super professional and courteous. The hotel is maintained very well and the food was excellent. They cater to children with treats and a free toy, DVDs, playground, and a kids camp that my children loved. Only drawbacks are the bed was way too soft and by the fourth night my back really hurt. Also the pool is nice, but nothing special. Over all I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Positives: Large suite with comfortable bed and modern furniture. Excellent spa service and facilities. Enjoyed the salsa-making and yoga classes. Fun game room for kids. Negatives: Non-adult pool was dirty and crowded. The bathroom floors in our room were always sticky and not clean. The blond older woman who was at the hostess stand at breakfast was not accommodating to larger groups and refused to allow us to combine two tables of four people even though the restaurant was mostly empty.The breakfast was ok, but not a lot of variety.
