the front desk staff was very nice and friendly. Our room was so spacious, clean, and well stocked with extra blankets, pillows, and toilet paper. We loved the access to the Large plot of snow for the kids, and that we were walking distance from the lake, so many restaurants and shops. 10/10 , will definitely be booking a room here again.

The beds are not comfortable and make noise with every turn. The neighbor room was very loud, seems like they had a fight that night, our whole family could not sleep till pass midnight. Over all, the location is great. The room is very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vintage lakeside inn. It is 4 minutes away from Snow Summit. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Property is clean and spacious. Mini fridge is a good size with a small freezer. Heating was easy to set up and worked really well. TV had a lot of nice channels. My family enjoyed staying here. It was nice to come in and out and not worry about trash and other rules you normally would need to obey at an air bnb. This was our first time at the Inn and we will be back again. I am glad we tried it out.

Super simple clean motel in a great location close to the village and a few yards from the lake. Staff was polite and friendly. Can’t beat the price we paid for 4 adults with 2 queen beds. Not a 5 star resort but a great little motel suitable for a family.

The place was easy to find, the rooms were clean, the staff: short handed but very nice. This is a motel style property, there is no pool and no air conditioning. Large group of people with kids were next door and were noisy during the day. It was warm but tolerable in the room ( end of July). There is a lake view mediocre restaurant next to the property. We stayed at a 1 bedroom room, there is no TV in the bedroom.

The location of this place is great! Next to the "Village", great views of the Lake! That's all is good about this place. If you are a backpacker probably would work out, not great for a family. No coffee at front desk, no water fountain/filter, no guest toilet in reception, not well kept, dirty carpets, beaten down surroundings. Basically a great property mismanaged

Perfect location only minutes from Big Bears top attractions!! Next to Sonora Cantina which was a top hit for the family during dinner time. Lovely service and beautiful view from our room of the lake!! Suite was perfect for our family of 5, the kids loved it and was convenient having a full fridge! 10/10!!
