We had a great weekend getaway here. The pool was perfect and vibe was friendly and relaxed. Room was clean and comfortable. They are renovating the bar by the pool but that was not a big deal for us. Free breakfast is just okay but convenient especially when traveling with kids. We will be back!

We love the Skylark so much. We’ve been coming a few times a year for 3 years now and it’s been so great seeing the property improve each time with the renovation that’s underway. It’s so great to have the breakfast each morning, especially when we bring our kids. One thing that could be improved is increasing the number of hooks in the bathroom to hang towels/wet bathing suits. Also some kind of shower caddy/suction shelf in the shower. Regardless, I’ve already booked my return trip for later this year :)

Great spot, seemed very safe and had a nice atmosphere, with a fantastic view of the Palm Springs Hills. Breakfast each morning was awesome! Rooms a good size for a family of 4.

This is a very quaint motel. The property is well kept and the pool and hot tub and surrounding area are very clean and well kept. They have a good breakfast each morning. It was great for a family with the pool just outside the doors. We had a problem with the toilet in out room, we talked to the general manger in the morning and it was fixed when we returned that evening. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. We would probably stay here again.

Thank you Scott for this wonderful check in at the Skylark!!! I really enjoyed how friendly the staff were, the bed was so comfy I could barely get up in the morning, but the fresh breakfast helped me move it! The jaccuzzi before bed was a charm as well!! My wife and I use to stay at small hotels at Palm Springs (less than 12 rooms), but Skylark feels like one even it has close to 40 rooms. Staff was great without being overeager. Great pool, nice and big hot tub, quiet atmosphere, different kind of couples mostly (young, adults, sometimes quiet kids, senior) while being gay friendly. Very pleasant and relaxing stay overall. Very close to Uptown Palm Springs and just a three minutes drive from downtown. For us, a quite satisfactory breakfast with some variety,

My family and I had a convention to attend at the Hilton. This hotel was less than 5 minutes away. Great location, close to everything. Very centralized. Great place to stay. Staff was extremely professional and accommodating. Very inexpensive, which was nice since we only needed to stay one night. It's small and not crowded if you like a more quiet place.
