The Palm Springs Hotel

No closet, low hanging lights by bed and banged heads, shower poor and no grab bar , hard to get hot water in shower, no shelves to put items on, child size sink, no amenities except lovely pool. Initial manager unwelcoming. The room was not worth the expensive cost. Disappointing overall.

The staff was great and property looked good the property doors were tough to open but what ruined the trip was another guest. A guest made very rude comments because of my ethnicity so I would not bring my family to this property again. In my past experience people act in this manner because it is allowed and if someone doesn’t step in and put a stop to it. I was with my family and would have hoped that this guest would have been removed immediately for their erratic behavior. WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS PROPERTY!!

This is a very cute boutique hotel. I needed a place to stay with family nearby in the hospital. The front desk was kind and friendly. It is clean, quiet and comfortable. Good a/c jept the room temperature comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel near downtown Palm Springs. Cool and retro looking property. Service is good - the evening guy is awesome. There were a few issues and when we brought it up, they front desk person was not interested in hearing about it. Our shower head leaked, so was shooting water all over. Our room was pretty loud. We were somewhat close to the street and the road traffic was loud. We had our kids on the pull out couch and they were super uncomfortable - the springs squeaked like crazy and the mattress was uncomfortable. Also, not sure if it says it, but the pool is definitely not heated - very cold. Cute place, but for the money you can probably do better.

Driving-up I had some concerns about this place. But once inside I was really impressed. Great pool area with gas fire pits. Nice large screen TV. Super quiet rooms--we couldn't even hear the baby next door. We will definitely stay here again. The only negative is that the location is a bit far (about 1 mile) from the downtown area. No problem for us, we just walked and enjoyed it. But if you had mobility problems that might be an issue.
