Room was very spacious and clean! Love it & my kids loved it even more!

Location: great, close to downtown Cleanliness: overall ok, upon further inspection cleanliness could have been better (also tied to old building) Building: run down and patched over with new paint, new furniture, some broken pieces of wood in bathroom, cracking in ceiling, bathroom outdated and in need of overhaul Pool: overall good, could have been cleaner (skimmed), families playing loud music at pool, fairly warm Cons: no service on stays under 3 days, old bones of motel show

Parking easily accessible. Pool facility is ideal for family and friends.

I had to cancel ahead of my check in reservation, due to family illness issues. They still charged me for my room! Very disappointed!! Joan Henderson.

The property is very old and needs a make over. The rug in the room is spotted with stains dirty and the room smells musky. It needs to be aired out. The toilet and sink in the bathroom are for children not adults and to make the stay worse the TV didn’t work. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The good and the bad. Let’s start with the bad. After driving over from Phoenix I was met at the front desk by someone who seemed preoccupied or disinterested. I forgot we gained an hour due to time zone change. I was told our room was ready but there would be an early check in fee of $25. So I drove around and hour then checked in. Room was on the second of three floors, fairly close to the swimming pool. Granted it was mid afternoon but I didn’t enjoy the loud, screeching voices of the young children in the pool. I would have told my kids to tame it down. I think the room above us had elephants in the room! Man were they heavy walkers and loud talkers! Cleanliness was ok? Bathroom didn’t seem sparkling fresh. The good…the beds were comfortable and free internet worked fine. Bottom line…I stayed on a Saturday and Sunday night. Total bill was $375. Place was worth $200-$250. I knew when booking this was not the Ritz, but I was hoping for a slightly better experience.

Queen beds were nice. Rokm was missing essentials such as body cream. Requested crib, but was told not available. Asked for downstairs room, but was told that they cannot change it. With toddler in hand i was forced to climb to 3rd floor with all the stuff.

Great value! Clean room with Keurig, microwave and mini fridge. There was nothing left out re: shower get/soap/shampoo. Didn't end up using the pool by choice - nothing wrong just didn't want to swim with kids. Close to food place and coffee - I will be back for sure!

Did not like that there was no closet or hangers, ice machine was at the front desk and glass bottles were allowed around the pool area. Being a holiday weekend, there were several families camped out at the pool area drinking beer and monopolizing the area.

Very loud parties going on. Not to recommend for families who would like to sleep after 11pm.
