Location - Fantastic. Close to shopping and dining Valet - Fantastic. Polite and timely Entrance - A mandatory sign is posted that notes about safety issues at the hotel, presumably linked to asbestos, with reference to risk of child defect, cancer, etc. I'm certain it is a safe place to stay, but the sign is not a good, comforting sign upon check-in. Staff- Fantastic. Friendly and helpful Room - updated, but old. No amount of paint and updates, takes away from the fact that the room was small, lack of closet or shelving space to unpack a suitcase, bathrooms without ventilation or functioning window. The sound insulation was horrible and I could hear the guest upstairs and next door at all hours of the night.

The grounds of the hotel are lovely, however the accommodations were not ideal for our family of four. Our first bungalow had a terrible smell. The manager moved us to another bungalow to accommodate us. The kids were to share the pull-out sofa. As recommended, we called the staff to set up the pull-out. The staff kindly set up the pull-out sofa, however provided 1 pillow, no extra bedding and the bed was very uncomfortable. The two kids were less than pleased. Additionally there were no area rugs and generally the space was rather cold and old. Everything in the bungalow was whitewashed with a thick coat of paint, regardless of condition. That all said, the king bed was comfortable and staff quickly accommodated our needs.

Great location and didn’t need to rent a car since downtown with lots of restaurants within walking. Hotel nice and quiet and they keep up the grounds nicely. I liked that they had an adult pool separate from the family pool. The room needed some improvement with bathroom outlet not working and the tp holder falling off the wall. The light from the refrigerator was too bright so I threw a towel over it when sleeping. I liked that we were able to use their bikes to tour around the neighborhood. Overall pretty good…

I wanted to leave a review because hotel staffs were super friendly. Especially the guy in the Valet. Kids enjoyed the family pool.
