Great stay except for screaming kids last two nights , runnning up and down hallway and parents caring less! Front desk was very helpful and took care of us ! Nice to be recognized when entering and leaving by name !

This is a great location with an indoor pool. We traveled with two small kids with my husband on business and it was great - there was plenty to do and free breakfast was awesome.

Room was clean but I had to wait an hour to check in because no staff was around. Couldn't reach anyone at Holiday Inn or Expedia to assist. Left messages, emails, virtual chats etc. There was a couple that got locked out of their room waiting as well. I went to my car and was close to leaving but want to get the couple's contact as corroborating witness as I planned to file a complaint for refund. However, someone finally appeared at the front desk. I didn't have energy to to complain and just want to get my kids into the room to rest. This was worst accomodations experience I've ever had.

We have 2 small dogs who love this hotel! Woof, woof! We live in SoCal, and have family and friends north of us. Great beds, largish rooms, excellent breakfast. Super location, excellent hotel staff. Bravo!

Clayton and the other desk staff were so professional and polite, the ladies in the kitchen were super sweet helping the kids get their food, it’s a very nice hotel and a great value.

We were a family of six and the suite was really comfortable in accommodating all of us. The breakfast was also well stocked and the location of this property with its proximity to the freeway as well as the wineries is great.

Really loved this place. We have family of 5 and this suite with extra room in their new building was PERFECT! Nice hot breakfast with yummy pancakes, super friendly service, new online advance check in, reasonable price. Just everything you want from a hotel. We're going to definitely book at other Holiday Inn Express hotels in the future.

Hotel was very clean and updated. The staff was great and the night clerk Syda was great and went out of her was to help us. Great breakfast and very kid friendly. The salt pool was great for our skin. We will definitely be back to stay.
