Everything was great the only thing wrong was the a/c kept going off and had a error message on it and couldn’t get the a/c to come back on it was to late at night to call front desk due to my kids sleeping and didn’t want to have to change rooms so we opened the window to get some air due to it being so humid in the room other than that everything was nice

The Starbucks beside the hotel is under construction. That is temporary. Choose a room facing away from the highway so it’s more quiet. 3 out of the 5 washing machines were broken. Our dishwasher in the room did not work properly. The room was clean. The bathroom of rooms with just the shower looked very well maintained. For short stays of 5-7 days this room is great. For longer stays it seems a bit tight for a family of 4. The L shape room is not that comfortable. The coffee service is barely ok. This is when the Starbucks would have been convenient. Overall good price for the location and quality. Could be better though. Staff was friendly as well.

On 5/26 I booked a 1-night stay with 2 small children.. upon arrival 4pm we noticed a large youth sports group taken major part of the pool , no other guest could use the pool since it was maxed at capacity by this party, there was speakers with loud music, kegs of beer being delivered, chaos, kids running around and this went on until past 11pm , when pool hours state closes at 9pm. It was a horrible experience and horrible stay. Kids running around the entire hotel, and no staff on duty to assist. I called front desk multiple times and no answer, only 1 person on duty and all this chaos going on.. seems the cops had to be called to help intervene.

Sheet & comforters had blood stains on them. Restroom had used tampons from previous guest. Had to go buy bed covers & throw out the tampon myself. was visiting with elderly family members & kids. Very gross & embarrassing.

We stayed one night after a family reunion. Clean and very comfortable bed. Nice shower. We didn't eat breakfast so don't know about that. Was quite surprised to be charged $15 for self parking. That's my only complaint. Guess I need to do a better job reading the fine print.

The only issue i had with the hotel was the lack of dishes in the kitchen. Other than that it was amazing as always. My advice for using Hotels.com dont, book direct. I had a family trip planned with my grand daughter to meet us in Southern California and my grand daughter couldn't make it due to medical issues. I tried to change my reservation for a few months later and they said that they couldn't change my reservation. They said i can cancel but i will lose out on the money i spent. I talk to the hotel about it and they said as long as i changed 24 hours in advance they would have refunded me or made the change. That means that Hotels.com would have pocketed the money. That's not right. They have no heart and don't care about their customers.

I l the location of the property. It has great amenities for the whole family. The bed was hard. My back hurt after sleeping on it for 2 days. This hotel would be A if it had softer beds.

Hotel only offers housekeeping for those who stay for more than 3nights. And on the 3rd day will do room cleaning. My family and i booked this hotel for 4 nights. They never did housekeeping although i had requested it. When i informed them, they just offered more towels and toilet paper. We really enjoyed our stay here besides having to deal with a dirty room for our entire stay
