Stayed two nights for a family trip, was a great stay. Nice clean rooms with big window. Just 15min from Disneyland which was great. Free breakfast in the morning was very convenient and had lots of choices.

The property is located near family members so it was very convenient to get to them. Also, the hotel was kept clean and my room was well maintained. The breakfast time was usually the busiest part of the hotel, however, the staff did not watch and mop the coffee station so the floor tended to be sticky the spilled coffee, sugar, etc. I would say this is mostly with the customers who stayed at the hotel as I saw a few folks tried to be clean and others just did not care if a mess was made or not. The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful so it was easy to get everything setup with checking in, fixing keys (magentic card needed to be reset 1x), and checking out. Overall will be happy to stay at this hotel again with my family in the future. Overall I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Horrible experience! I checked in late after our long day at Disneyland. It was just my kids and I, upon trying to get into the room that was assigned to us, we opened the door and the room was occupied. Not only that but upon opening the door a strong Marijuana smell came out of the room. The guy inside was so upset that we opened the door that he yelled at us with bad words. It felt that our safety was at risk, being only me as a women with my 2 kids. When speaking with the lady at the front desk she only said I'm sorry and assigned another room, this room wasn't really cleaned but at that time (almost 2am) we were so tired and just needed a place to sleep for me and my kids. If we wouldn't have been that tired I would have definitely changed hotel. Wouldn't recommend this hotel if safety, customer service and cleanness is important to you.

My room was dirty, i found stains and crust everywhere, and i could hear EVERYTHING - there where kids in the room above me and i could hear them scream and run, i could ear all the cars and everyone walking. Its an average place. Breakfast and staff, and comfort was good tho

It is a good place to stay for families. It is close to the a little zoo. The breakfast was good each morning, there was something a little different each morning. The staff were very helpful with checking in and out. Parking was lit, and very safe with the parking permit we were given.

We stayed here for a family Disneyland trip for two nights. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the standard room had an ample amount of space and a good layout. We did not enjoy the shower at all. It had hardly any pressure and if a toilet was flushed in a neighboring room then the pressure dropped even more. It also leaked out and made the floor wet. The walls were also thin, and you could hear everything even when people outside the room weren’t being noisy. You also heard every step the people above you took. The floors need a good cleaning as well.

We stayed here for our Disney vacation. When we got checked in, everything was good. Second night we got in I went to shower and there was no water so I called front desk and they informed me that yes there was no water on the 10th floor however I had to find out myself, they could of left a note or something but nope. They told us we had to move floors and they did. They said they would compensate us but they just gave us 20% off that 1 night which was less than $20 off for having to move everything including a toddler and all her stuff to a different floor.

Bad hotel with bad staff...beware do not book rooms here. Very rude staff. Bad bathrooms with super low flow everything. Old and small rooms. Were awoken from sleep by noise from room above and it was hotel staff shampooing the carpet at 10 in the night and receptionist "sasha" said it a norm to clean rooms whenever they want and that he will call the police and report me for asking why the noise and for asking to either stop the noise or move to a different room. Our kids needed good night of sleep before a test we came here for and this was this rude "sasha" guy's response. never again.

Very clean, comfortable beds, breakfast was okay nothing special. The hotel is in the same parking lot as a reception hall and a church. Friday and Saturday night was loud between the music and all the traffic. I had 2 white noise machines for my kids going and still heard the music. Sunday morning the church traffic and crowd was loud. The back of the hotel was much quieter. Parking was also a problem as the reception hall guests park in hotel parking spaces and when we notified the front desk they said they tell them not to but didn’t do anything about it.

We booked the hotel in order to use the pool but it was under maintenance, my kids did not like it
