Since my adult kids live more than two hours away from me, i decided to rent a suite and have Thanksgiving dinner catered. I purchased a small table but when i got to the hotel, the office manager offered to unlock the restaurant area and allow us to eat more comfortably down there. She even put on the football game. Now that's what i call 5 star service and treatment. Thank you again

This is our go to hotel in the Mission Viejo area. Our daughters family lives a couple of miles away and we love this hotel so we can have some quiet time :-)

I liked everything in Ayres hotel. The hotel is elegant and peaceful and very friendly and easy. Parking are easy and very polite staffs. I will always comeback on this Hotel. The price is great and breakfast are good. I will recommend it to friends and family. Thank you .

My entire family was eaten alive by fleas. We moved rooms when we started seeing them hopping around everywhere (even hopping out of the sink) but by then it was too late. Truly the worst hotel experience of my life. Still in pain and and our stay was almost two weeks ago.

We’ve stayed here several times (my son’s family lives nearby) - it’s a great spot and we’ll keep coming back. Spacious rooms, nice common areas, nice pool. Service always top notch.

The hotel is awesome for families! Room very comfy for 4 people. Great pool and hot tub. The staff is very friendly and quite area very relaxing experience. Will definitely come back and stay!

We arrived very late due to a delayed flight arrival around midnight. I waited in the lobby for over 5 minutes to check in. I tried calling different numbers from the business cards on the desk and the front desk number which I can hear ringing. When the lobby receptionist finally came out, he was very nice, but kept my family waiting in the car for awhile trying to get our room.

The property is very family friendly. The pool was warm and in good condition, so we swam several times while there. We breakfast was yummy each morning and was a convenient way to enjoy a meal, just feet from your room or you could take it back to your room.
